Works much better now!
I have been using this app for a while now and in the past, there has been many issues. As of late, I have been having a lot of success with getting issues resolved, such as blocking my driveway and blocking fire hydrants. If you were going to use this app for the above issues, you just have to make sure that the department for parking enforcement is open at the time. Otherwise you’d have to call the after hours non emergency line for the police. But I have been pleased thus far. Thank you JC police!

Waste of time
15 mins and there is no update. Someone blocked the fire hydrant parking their car , I reported and nothing happened so far
app stinks
tells you to request a validation code to use the app, but when you get the code and press the "next" icon to enter it, it just sends you another code!

I have been a user for the last few years and this Wots has not been working
