Iseful, but very frustrating that I cannot access the invisible inbox. Where are these messages? How do I read them?

Not great!
I can never log in even though I’ve registered. Notifications stay in the badges even when you can’t see what it’s for. I’m assuming it’s if you’re logged in which it will never let me do. It has potential as the concept is great, but maybe just get it working properly.
Can’t get it to work
Can’t get the app to work. It can’t find my location, keeps asking me to allow location tracking but there’s nowhere where I can turn this on.

Won’t login, can’t log out, can’t use. Have to try delete and reinstall the app. Very very very frustrating!!
Fraud
This is fraudulent- has taken payment for a restaurant but the restaurant has no link to them! The money has been taken but definitely no food to show just stole $118!!!!!! FRAUDULENT SITE DO NOT ORDER JUST REPORT
Basic functions missing
Great idea, however;
1. No option to check confirmation of order.
2. No email of order after paying.
3. Notifications to mobile don’t happen.
4. No pickup time indication.

Cannot sign in
I got this app because my favourite cafe uses it but after downloading and having it for one day I cannot sign in again. Boople so much better
Good idea but too many issues
This app is good for ordering food but that’s about it. The notifications come in sporadically - e.g. 2 hours after the restaurant texts to let me know my order is ready (and we’ve picked it up and eaten it), the app sends me a notification saying my food is ready. I also cannot clear the notifications from the app icon on my phone screen (the little red number that sits in the top corner of the app icon) - there is no ‘notifications’ menu inside the app, so I can’t clear it, even if I delete and reinstall the app!

terrible app. Really bad functionality.
Can’t edit profile. can’t login via browser after account creation. creator needs some serious help.
Major problems
First of all it wouldn’t allow me to create a new profile due to a supposed password it didn’t like which definitely filled it’s requirements, but it accepted a new profile using my Apple ID. Then when I ordered the food for pickup/takeaway there’s no option to postpone the pickup to a designated time, which is completely useless. Bad app.

Good when it works
So frustrated with login issues with this app! When it works I can conveniently order pickup from my favourite coffee spot on the drive to work. Then suddenly it has some issue between FB login and I can’t. It happened for a while then resolved, then has been happening again the past few weeks.
Works one day, doesn’t work the next three days!!
Such a frustrating app to use... constantly unable to order from the No.1 coffee shop in town who have the best service and reputation but this app is not up to their standard. I have deleted it and reinstalled more times than I can remember.

The app wants your gender and birthday as well as the usual stuff, and I can’t see why.
