Completely unreliable
The UI on the app is awful. The app is not a standalone product. You will need to bounce back and forth between the app and website for many tasks. Jobs disappear and reappear, while you’re looking at them. You need to refresh the page or close and reopen the app at least ten times a day. More often than not, uploading photos causes the app to freeze. Invoicing is extremely unreliable. There have been numerous other issues, but those seem to have been fixed. But with each fix, there seems to come a new set of issues. I have truly never used a worse piece of software for work.

we found it simple to transfer our data from our existing CRM app.
Instead of hiring an additional two people we were able to save that additional payroll and give it back to our employees as bonus’s .
