App it’s self isn’t working
I’m not able to make an account because it says I need to verify my email but I don’t get an email from them to verify. I tried doing “forgot my password” & still no email to fix it either (I thought that was the issue at first) & then at that when I exit & go back to the app it wants me to turn in my location services to always on but when I go into my settings it doesn’t even have the option for it like my other apps..

App page is not loading
The screen shows “Pending Signature”, but when I press it, nothing happens. This is holding me up from progressing with the campaign

Have drove approximately 1000 miles and the app still says i’m in a qualifying mode. seems to just be a scam to do tracking

This app must be shut down. You will never receive an email to finish setting up your account, I have tried more than one.

Complete scam. Created account, they didn’t send me activation email. Tried to reset password, nothing. No customer service you can contact, no one you can call, but they still lock your ap and try to force you to share location at all times even though you can’t even log in

Downloaded the app and signed up but never received the email to confirm email address. It’s telling me to turn on location settings but the app has no option for this in the settings. Not sure if this app just doesn’t exist anymore or maybe needs to be updated. Would love to join but how??
App won’t pass terms page
Generally, confused as to why I cannot start the qualifying part of the process. Every time I open the app. After a few minutes, it keeps telling me to accept the updated terms and conditions which I’ve done over 10 times already in the course of a couple hours.
Unprofessional Installer, Vehicle Damage, and Abandoned Support
I joined a Wrapisfy/Firefly campaign and was directed to a "wrap installer" that turned out to be someone's private residence and not a professional shop. The setup was nothing like a legitimate auto wrap facility, which should have been a red flag from the start.
When the wrap was removed, I discovered scratches all over my vehicle. The damage is consistent with a blade being dragged directly across the paint surface during installation. It appears the installer was cutting the wrap directly on the car rather than using proper technique.
I reached out to a Wrapify rep (Sarah from Wrapify) to address the damage and the unprofessional installer situation. After some initial communication, they went completely silent. No follow-up, no resolution, no acknowledgment.
If you're considering joining a campaign, be aware: Wrapisfy/Firefly does not appear to vet their installers, and when things go wrong, don't expect support. I'm now left with scratched paint and no recourse from the company.

No longer in use
Wrapify no longer exists, they rebranded as FireFly. Nothing on their app or website lets you know this unless you try and contact them through the website.

I want to give this app five stars, but I tried signing up for it and it won’t let me. It tells me to turn on locations in settings, but for some reason, locations is not one of the options? Please I am really interested in this product. If anyone could please help me, how to turn on locations in settings for this app while making an account.

App crash on phone number update
Tried on the latest version of iOS, iPhone 17, multiple times… sorry.
App looks a little rough around the edges (“FAQ? We have no FAQ”) but if it can help me cover gig fees better I’m not fussy seriously.

Qualifying mode
I’ve driven way more than 50 miles since first installing and sharing my location to track to miles and it still says I’m in qualifying mode. Needs a fix or update.
No location setting
Asks to turn location on but there is no option for that

I can’t complete the verification process no matter what browser I use.

I love that the app downloaded with delays. I’m waiting to hear back from support about email verification not working. I’m excited to get started I’ll try to post an update.

I signed up about 2 years ago and it still says I’m in the qualifying mode and can’t receive campaigns until they see about my driving patterns. How long does it take for u to look at my driving patterns. Terrible app and no one answers from customer service
