Not working
NEED HELP!
I want to give this app five stars, but I tried signing up for it and it won’t let me. It tells me to turn on locations in settings, but for some reason, locations is not one of the options? Please I am really interested in this product. If anyone could please help me, how to turn on locations in settings for this app while making an account.

App crash on phone number update
Tried on the latest version of iOS, iPhone 17, multiple times… sorry.
App looks a little rough around the edges (“FAQ? We have no FAQ”) but if it can help me cover gig fees better I’m not fussy seriously.

Qualifying mode
I’ve driven way more than 50 miles since first installing and sharing my location to track to miles and it still says I’m in qualifying mode. Needs a fix or update.
No location setting
Asks to turn location on but there is no option for that
Dead App
I can’t complete the verification process no matter what browser I use.
Support
I love that the app downloaded with delays. I’m waiting to hear back from support about email verification not working. I’m excited to get started I’ll try to post an update.
Doesn’t work
Asks for location before doing anything else. But doesn’t have a location option in settings
No campaign
I signed up about 2 years ago and it still says I’m in the qualifying mode and can’t receive campaigns until they see about my driving patterns. How long does it take for u to look at my driving patterns. Terrible app and no one answers from customer service

App says drive 50 miles and I put my location and everything on. Well 250 miles later and it still says I’m in qualifying mode. Doesn’t work
App keeps resetting
When I signed up it paired with my apple account which doesn’t have my real name. So I keep trying to update it but the app goes black and goes to my Home Screen everytime I hit save
SCAM ALERT
It never leaves qualifying mode, like ever. I have had this app for a while and drive a large amount of my time. Well over the 50 miles it indicates. Do not waste your time with this app or company, useless.
Love wrapify
I have done 3 campaigns since downloading this app in 2024. I look forward to my biweekly payouts. Wrap my car and get money just for driving to the normal zones I drive in already a win is a win. The agents respond promptly and anytime the app had issues with tracking they understood and made sure I was compensated. I love when the campaign has swarms that’s even a bonus on top of my payout that I look forward to. This has helped my family financially in so many ways and I am so grateful to have this opportunity. I look forward to more campaigns.

Driver beware
Driver beware of things that sound too easy or too good to be true. I did a campaign with this company and quickly discovered how unorganized and unprofessional this company is. Onboarding was fine, but after that, working with this business became a bit of a hassle.
My install date was set in advance at an installer 30 mins away from my home. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was told by the installer that the wrap for my vehicle was not delivered. This was not a big deal in itself; I rescheduled for another day.
The installer did a visual inspection of my vehicle prior to the install to note any areas of damage. I pointed out a small dimple and a scratch on the vehicle but no notes were made to the inspection form. I was simply asked to sign it, which I did.
About forty minutes later I received multiple texts and voicemails from a Wrapify member letting me know that the wrap was delivered after I left asking me to go back to the shop for the install. One text or email would have been sufficient; multiple calls asking me to take more time out of my day due to an issue on their end was overwhelming and made it seem like they didn’t have their systems organized.
Pay structure and timing, which is outlined in their onboarding information, was not followed and at least twice over the course of my campaign I had to reach out to correct my pay, which was short.
They did correct the pay eventually but getting it done was a hassle and took more of my time.
When my wrap was removed, I was notified by the installer that some paint came off of my vehicle. He told me to contact Wrapify and that they would reimburse me for the damage.
I submitted photos and described the damage followed by numerous email follow ups due to lack of response from Wrapify.
When they did respond, they told me that the areas that were damaged had previously been repainted that were noted by the installer.
I replied with my copy of the inspection report which showed no mention of this. I was not aware of any repainted spots on my vehicle due (I am the second owner.) If the installer had informed me that my car had areas that were repainted, I would NOT have gone through with the wrap, knowing that it could damage the paint.
I am still waiting for a reply from that email which was send on March 4th, 2025 and I have not received any money to cover the damages.
I would never work for this company again based on how they handle their business and I would not recommend anyone else do so.

App is hot garbage
I don’t like this app specifically because you have to keep the app open to even qualify your mileage and I can’t have my phone open to this app 24/7 while traveling, I went well over 200+ miles in the last couple of days and none of my miles were recorded because you have to keep the app open while using it to even qualify so that’s real scuffed

Keeps crashing
Every time I go to update my account information keeps crashing without saving. Trash app.
No go
Downloaded and logged in via Facebook to be told the app isn’t working and I could log in when it is fixed. Talk about poor presentation for a company.
App doesn’t work
I have been trying to start a campaign and it keeps shutting down each time I click on the button to do the background check.
