Horrible.
I’m not sure why the city of Milwaukee picked this app to use but since we’ve been using it for the last four years, it has been nothing but horrible. You hit the GPS icon so you can be directed to your location and it works about 5% of the time. Half the time it takes you to the wrong place which I don’t even know how that’s possible. This is the most basic and I mean the most basic function that an app can have seeing as so many apps that are out there have this function and it works. I am not sure why WreckerTow cannot get this simple function to work. The app glitches all the time, especially when it’s heavy traffic. Ope you have a lot of tows well wrecker tow is gonna screw that for you and slow you down. It’s devastatingly horrible. The functions in this app are very basic and should be rather easy to figure out. The only thing I can think of is that they do so much government tracking with this that it causes the basic functions to slow down and not work proper. I don’t know why else such a basic app would Have so many problems. I hope for the guys that have to use this app either it gets canceled or they make some major upgrades to make.

Extremely intuitive and user friendly app. It has made our lives so much easier!! Lots of option for dispatch requests. Love it.
Horrible
I absolutely hate this app but our county forces us to use it for rotation. I'll not get notifications, get logged out , and not be able to log in in various times.
Login not working.
My company hasn’t been able to send me tows in two months due to my log in not working. Password and username are correct. It just doesn’t give me the option to update my status. Contacted developer weeks ago and the problem is still not fixed. Not a very good app at all. Too many problems. Tow Books is 99% better. Too bad I can’t give zero stars.
