No policy found
As others have stated 4 years ago. I’ve got a policy number in front of me but it gives me an error, No policy found.

Not working
App says “no active policy” This is ridiculous. I need my insurance cards. And this is the only way to create an account and get them.

Useless app, do nothing.
Keeps crashing
The app worked fine now I can’t even get it to open it just crashes. I hope it works again I liked it when it worked

Please include as much detail as you can such as your iPhone model number, if you use dark mode, or a video clearly showing the issue.
