No policy found
As others have stated 4 years ago. I’ve got a policy number in front of me but it gives me an error, No policy found.

Not working
App says “no active policy” This is ridiculous. I need my insurance cards. And this is the only way to create an account and get them.

Useless app, do nothing.
Keeps crashing
The app worked fine now I can’t even get it to open it just crashes. I hope it works again I liked it when it worked

Hello, could you try again using our latest release (version 3.1)? If you continue to have issues, contact us at help_desk@wrg-ins.com or 1-800-362-0426 so we can fix your issue as soon as possible. Please include as much detail as you can such as your iPhone model number, if you use dark mode, or a video clearly showing the issue.
Can’t register
I have a policy through them and filled out all the info and hit the register button and nothing happens. Useless app as it stands now.
No Active Policy Found
Have my policy right in front of me. Entered everything exactly as shown on policy renewal. I do have homeowners policy as well as my personal auto policy but that should not hinder me from registering. I’m only entering my auto policy information
