DO NOT GET FOR FAMILY SETUP WATCH
This app is terrible does not work with family setup. Do something better with your dollar. I just got a new light hoping to actually use it, but no, it is COMPLETELY USELESS. Do not get this app. All it says is ”no home found” I wish you could actually sync it with HomeKit. I have an old phone that I got this app with and used iCloud to download on my watch (not able to set up the watch because it’s old so not possible). I would love to see a way to sync with iCloud somehow if it works then I would like to leave a 5-star but sorry. How I found this was through a post on Reddit which wasn’t the best idea but I’m kinda desperate. If you know anything that will work that I would like to know. But for now this app has zero functionality for what it was advertised. That would be a great help. Thanks. Please fix this issue.

App Stopped Working
Doesn’t work on my newest watch (Series 9). Worked on my SE
No watchface complications
This would be the perfect app if I did not have to fumble around deep into the watch app list searching for it. There needs to be a watchface complications available so that it can be easily accessible. When I'm ready to activate my good morning scene without using SIRI, It's almost impossible with a foggy mind to search through an entire watch just to find it. Is it coming??? I have contacted the creator once before and received ZERO feedback.

Please add a way to combine lights into one, like in home app. Also there is no way to turn on and off the ac. Only temperature can be changed.
No iCloud sync? 👎🏻
I love this app and it deserves 5 stars, but when I changed my watch to a newer one the app reset. All the shortcuts created in it were gone. When I changed phones a few days ago the situation repeated itself. All other apps worked fine, but WristControll deleted the saved shortcuts. Too bad.

Worth it. So much more convenient then stock HK on Apple Watch. I hope to see more icons. Possibly for stairs lights and overhead can lights icons. Keep up the great work.
Very slow performance
Constantly disconnected from my network. Takes forever to determine the state of my home. Actions don’t work 90% of the time it takes so long if rather just pull up my phone or tell Siri to do it. Very disappointing.
A worthy alternative
You’re able to fit quite a lot of scenes on the screen without having to scroll, which makes controlling your various devices a breeze. Can be as simple or as customized as you want it to be!

Run any scene it shows a failure icon ⚠️, but the scene was actually successfully activated.

Needs some work
Downloaded and attempted to configure. Navigated to Add Scenes function but now cannot navigate away from this screen. The Cancel option in the upper left corner does not respond. At this point I’m not able to use the app :(

Great idea but SLOW
I love the idea behind this app and the GUI is fabulous but the app on the watch takes forever to connect to HomeKit. It spins forever upon launch and then spins again after every push of a button.
I’m using an Apple Watch 6 with an iPhone 12 Pro so it’s not my hardware that’s to blame.
Is there anything that can be done to increase the speed of response? I don’t have these delays when using Apple’s HomeKit app on the watch.

Hey, connection speed mostly depends on your HomeKit network.Are you connection to the same wifi as your home hub? Unfortunately speed is not up to me, and most users are reporting that my app is faster than the official home app.
Nice but...
This app works well with basic HomeKit devices. It installed and came right up showing all my rooms and lights/windows/TVs/etc.
What it does not show are grouped accessories. You want to turn the hallways lights all on and off together, perhaps change their brightness? It appears that you need to do that one at a time. Unfortunately, it seems we have a lot of groups (lights especially).
So put that feature on my wishlist :)

Thanks for the feedback! I’m planning to add groups in the future, until that you can use scenes to control multiple accessories at the same time.

Firstly I really like this dev, they seem to respond to reviews update frequently; I recently messaged them on another platform with a suggestion for their other app (timeglance) and got a reply they would look into it; excellent and I’m hoping my suggestion is implemented.
The app works great and is really simple to use, it’s leaps ahead of the default with customisation and using the watch space effectively.
One thing I would like to see improve is the complication appearance on the watch face, when I choose an icon they all seem too big or too small as an inner complication on my infographic face; it would be nice if there was an option to have the icon inside a dark circle so that it blends in well with stock complications like Today’s Date, reminders ETC.
