Does Exactly What It Needs To Do
It’s less than $10 and isn’t a subscription service. It teaches you how to write and has the corresponding sound play when you practice. It’s absolutely perfect for the purpose that it serves. I tried another app that I normally use for other languages and it was obvious that this one is infinitely better. Sometimes the best apps have the bare minimum for UI design. Don’t judge a book by its cover. If you want to learn how to sound out Thai sentences then this is the only app you need.

It’s ok.
So far, I like the writing feature for practicing writing, but many of the Thai to English translations for letters are not correct. I am just a beginner and I can already tell the app is currently not reliable if you want to know the pronunciation of the letter.
Updates please
Many reviewers have pointed out a few significant improvements that seem that they would be fairly easy to implement- maybe try using AI to help you code? I noticed as of 4/2026 the developer’s website is no longer up, so not much hope of updates. There are some errors like cho chan which should be the J sound, include a pic of the associated word like chicken, indicate the class.
