It's a really fun app except some times the prompts are difficult,my motive is to write story's and sometimes they just don't work.

I’ve loved this app, it has helped me so much!
But… a few months ago, I got logged out of my account and I haven’t been able to log back in since, even when I got to “transfer settings”. It tells me someone else is already using my email for their account, but that’s my account that I am unable to log back into.
I can still see the prompts which is good, I can keep writing, but I can’t do anything else. At least, I don’t want to, I want to keep using my original account, I don’t want to start posting with another one.
I had emailed the developer listed above, but that was around the time the issue first came up. I have not heard back from them, it’s been months.
