Not able to use the app
The app always shows a notification that there is a required update ( version 6.0 ), however, when it navigates you to the App Store, you don’t see the update and you get stuck then.

Never ship you items to them
I had many issue with them, but now I can't access my account to ship my items, they moved to a new website, (you can't log in with your old account, they will ask you for reset your password, but you can't reset your password, because the Email is not registered with them) now i can't log in because my email, isn't registered, I sent email, direct message on X, whatsapp chat, I did everything, they didn't respond & my items are locked in their new address

Stay away from this company it is failing miserably and will NEVER! EVER! responds to customer service, so if you want to test your patience go ahead lose your stuff and get ignored 24/7, i suggest you look for ANY competition but this is the worst based on my experience.
The application needs to:
- set an alert when the customer service conversation begins and the customer does not have to wait and can do something else until his turn comes.
- Copy track number.

Value of items
The value of item is always higher, much higher than the actual value you paid to the buyer then y will have to pay much higher tax to the shipping company. And if y ever think to correct the price by uploading the invoice your item will disappear from the list and take forever to be corrected again.

Service is taking forever
No live chat anymore. The shipments take 4-5 days to reflect on the account. Shipping also take about a week, even after paying. I used this service for a few years, too bad I will look for alternatives.

Bad APP not recommended to any body. They gave me estimated price and when I placed the order the charge me more the double that called cheating.

الاجراء الواحد يجلسون فيه 3 أيام عشان يسوونه
مبالغ الشحن عاليه جداً
وخدمة العملاء غير متجاوبيين
بنائاً على تجربتي معهم لا انصح بالتعامل معهم نهائياً
ثلاثه اسابيع عشان يرسلون لي شحنتي
وبعدها ارسلوها على دفعتين وكلفتني اعلى من قيمه الشراء
مع انه كان الشحن من أمازون اقل منهم بكثير
تجربه لن تتكرر
