Not able to use the app

The app always shows a notification that there is a required update ( version 6.0 ), however, when it navigates you to the App Store, you don’t see the update and you get stuck then.

Never ship you items to them

I had many issue with them, but now I can't access my account to ship my items, they moved to a new website, (you can't log in with your old account, they will ask you for reset your password, but you can't reset your password, because the Email is not registered with them) now i can't log in because my email, isn't registered, I sent email, direct message on X, whatsapp chat, I did everything, they didn't respond & my items are locked in their new address
