Level 2 WSET ebooks
It is very difficult to use. The text is too small and hard to read. Also the app on the phone does not work at all
A Truly Terrible App
WSET’s priority here is clearly to safeguard their mediocre and highly redundant content at the expense of their students’ reading experience or ability to learn the material. The app UX is amateur, worse than any PDF reader, kindle, or physical book; it makes it harder and slower to read (you have to constantly zoom in and out), cumbersome to make notes and fully impossible to highlight passages of text - you know, kind of important for many students when studying a textbook, right? Anything I can do in a hard copy book is either harder or impossible to do here. Great job, WSET: you’ve reinvented the wheel but made it square.

This app doesn’t work with their access codes
WSET the whole process is unnecessarily slow and inconsistent. It shouldn’t take days to generate a code and then have it not work (and THEN have to wait several more days) to get a new code. The technology that you’re using shouldn’t be haphazard. This is frustrating.
Can’t Login
I have a WSET account, but can’t login. FRUSTRATING !
Not Official - Third Party….
As a student, I have directly contacted WSET London via email and asked at their HQs for access. They said they said they do not provide any digital materials or app access.
