Update: they ACTUALLY disqualified me over some nonsense. Disgusting, unethical software! 🤮
To be honest, the invigilator was not that bad as a person, but this whole instrusive software and the policies these people have are outrageous. Very unethical and disgusting. I didn’t even want to do this exam online or install this app. I was forced to because I already paid for my course.
I managed to get a full refund after blowing up on the company that put me through this in the first place. This garbage app wasted my time and EVEN THEY ADMITTED that they couldn’t be sure I was cheating in my exam, but disqualified me anyway. A few days later I passed a much harder exam with FULL MARKS, physically at a centre and under supervision. Rubbish!

Terrible app
Was glitching and stopped working during my exam meaning I had to retake the exam
Absolute garbage
Any company who uses this app should stop, especially if they are requiring paying customers to use it. Complete technical nightmare. Also, stopped my AppleCare play from working while installed on my phone. If you are a business consider this for virtual test taking, please don’t.

It kept on disconnecting while i was giving my naati test and i have to connect it again and again so, i lost my concentration and focus. I failed my test as i panicked due to this app failure. I lost my aud $814 due to this unstable app. Why don’t they remove this app?
