Worst News App Ever
This has got to be the worst app I’ve ever used for news. Every single time I use it, the story I’m reading will just disappear. The screen turns white. And there is then absolutely nothing I can do besides getting out of the app completely. Trying again is a complete waste of time as the problem just repeats itself. And don’t even get me started on the ad pop-ups!

Verification of app?
So I’m trying to watch the news obviously. And water ask you to sign up for free viewing. So I download this app and add I do the verification. I’m pulled to my internet browser where I can watch but where I have the app doesn’t update and Thiers no way for me to log I. After signing up. A complete waist of 10 minutes

When will the forecast map be put up on the 9 storm team app
Never updates
This app never seems to update with new stories. I open the app and the stories are the same that were posted 4-5 days previously. It seems to mysteriously update whenever but certainly not daily.
Update: took stars away because you cannot close pop up ads. Either sit and wait for them to close on their own or just leave the site. Beware- if you leave the site they will still be there when you come back ! Very very irritating

Never updates

Sunrise and sunset times are inaccurate
I depended on this app for the local weather forecast. It is May 7th as I write this and actual sunrise and sunset times are 5:51am and 8:11pm respectively.
The app shows 5:50am and 5:50pm. At this point I’m not sure if I can trust the weather information it is presenting either. I’ll have to start using something else

App won’t load since recent update
iOS 17.4.1 iPhone 13. With or without vpn. I deleted, reloaded and still absolutely nothing. I cannot get channel 9 news on my phone now.
Latest “update” now can’t get weather by zip code anymore!
I don’t live directly in Syracuse area but enjoyed the zip code feature in the weather section. Now it’s not there!!! Please fix this!!!
App getting worse
The last update or two has rendered the app almost unusable. Between the floating ads and video, scrolling doesn’t work right, some stories crash the app back to the Home Screen.
At this point it’s easier to just go to the website on Safari.

Doesn’t work
Since you did a update the app doesn’t work anymore… I have deleted the app from my iPhone several times and reloaded it several times and still doesn’t work. Can’t get to the front page. It freezes up. I have an iPhone 12.
Latest update horrible
The video block takes up all the screen space so only 2 lines of the written story can be seen at a time.
Storm cells
The green areas moving into Syracuse area are often just big black and gray clouds…and no rain…I’d like to see a graphic that looks like rain drops !

Your new app is much more difficult to navigate

This app was the best it now. For some reason it looks like someone is trying to save money had a lot of information. I am not going to have to go to channel 3. Thank you.

I gave iPhone and I’m being told I need to update through App Store but App Store NOT showing update needed???????? What’s up with that??? Now I can’t use my Channel 9 app???

Most recent update broke the app….
Used to be good minus all the ads. Now it just keeps telling me I need to update the app, even after deleting and reinstalling.
