Good classes
I have been in Wukong for 1 year and it was really fun. The teachers were so oooooooo kind and helped me with lots of work especially my Chinese teacher.

WUKONG HATER, donโt make Joe Biden and Trump ban this app, I like this app. The good parts are the whiteboard in class that the teacher can give u, the chat in class, and break time in class.

Really good app!
This is a really great e-learning app in general, there are some bugs in the system but they are minor and not very annoying, the classroom community is good and I think it should deserve a 4.9 star instead of 3.9, the only minor downside is again, some little bugs! But overall i would say it is a fabulous app for your children to study on. The topics are super fun and the teachers are very nice. You should let your kids have a trial!

promise flexibility NOT honored
Do Not use their services. Lots of fake โmarketingโ promises which ended up not delivered. When I bought the math class package, I was told that if I cannot use all of them, I can transfer the credit to Chinese class or English class, or to a sibling. However when I truly needed that, I was told they donโt allow it. I was also asked to provide screenshots and show who made that promise. However, a lot of the chats were done on phone call and why do I need to keep track of everything told. their teachers also change every 3-4 months and I was handed over to many different PoCs. -Their own teachers donโt even stay with them - so you can tell something about their services.

Fun homework
So the homework is really fun and my favorite thing about the homework is that you get to do pinyin in Chinese homework and I love Chinese and pinyin.
Makes you commit to large ahh packages
It makes you buy packages for yearly classes or whatever and you canโt even cancel it or get your money back when you lose interest and donโt want to do it anymore. Iโve also learned absolutely nothing due to my lack of motivation but Iโm stuck attending classes that waste my time because if I cancel too last second it still takes my money and no one wants to lose money right?

Overall Okay
If I could rate it a 3.5 stars, i would. Though Wukong app is a lot worse than the web version, it still helped me learn new math lessons that weren't taught in school. Chinese homework is painful, the part were you record your voice doesnt work properly. Seeing my chinese homework have mulitple wrong answers when i voiced it when my mom literally said it was correct, made me pretty mad. The fact that I cannot go to class in the app version gave me a lot of tardies before i knew what was going on. Personally i would prefer the web version over the app version, (and I've had made complaints about the homework in web version too) since it is way more suitable for me, since I'm an Mac user. The app also said its imcompatible with computers, so don't ask me how I got it downloaded.

GOT STUCK AFTER OPENING APP BAD APP
Completely awful. I got stuck on the terms and private policy part at the really start right after downloaded the app Trump please ban this no one likes it I got stuck so fast and I miss my class. I missed so many classes. All of my money got wasted, and so annoying. Itโs literally like just on the first page on the app where it says private policies and terms and it says by clicking I agree you agree to these and for some reason that didnโt work. Joe Biden and Trump please please please please band this. No one likes this app please please please please please please please please jump and buy work together to go in bed and sue this app please please please please

In the Wukong Chinese courses that we paid for, many activities require weekly sharing on social media in order to receive them. Now, the sharing process not only requires uploading personal photos, but also requires each child in the same family to share separately and upload individually into the system.
Even though parents only have one account and sharing once should be sufficient, the process has become extremely complicated. Because of this, we will not renew the courses in the future.

This app is terrible, how can it be used for learning?!
I would rate it zero, or even negative, stars if possible. This app never uploads quick enough, and I always experience problems whilst doing homework. Additionally, whenever I try the Help Centre, the feedback never comes up, and instead kicks me out of the app, forcing me to redo all my homework. This app needs to change before I delete it.
