Can’t turn heating on via Google Home. Can only turn up our down once turned on in app.
Great product
Been using this system for over a year now and fully get how it works. They update the app a lot so are clearly dedicated to making it as convenient and intuitive as possible. The system overall has been good with only a few instances where a room either overheated or remained cold unexpectedly. These are normally fixed by adjusting the power settings on the valve via the app or refitting the valve. The system gives us such granular control over the heat settings of every major space in our house as we all have different tastes when it comes to heating. I find it reliable and sparing on batteries and internet requirements which is also a big comfort. Great product.

Bad user experience
Half works but not as convenient as I thought it would be. I want to be able to remove in needed schedules, and set times different to the 3 modes set. Also any chance your going to connect to apple home kit soon? The amount of times Iv been driving home and thought about turning my heating on using car play but can’t as it’s not intragated.

If you like being stuck in the past this is for you
The app uses the classic, program one day, and copy to every other day just like the old wall mounted units. Its as if they don’t realize that a software interface allows you to do more e.g. just set the times for all days with one action.
In addition to the very weak customer experience the app has bugs. Currently I cannot set more than one hot water time per day and there is an annoying feature that automatically adjusts the end time if the times overlap before you’re done editing.
There is no Wunda here, just pain.

Fine when it works, often logs out.
When this app works, there are no complaints, it has all the functionality you would expect, you can control and schedule the heating pretty much as you wish. The problem is that it often logs out, so if you’re using the location setting to trigger the start up or switch off, this functionality no longer works. So you’ll be sitting wondering why it’s cold, only to find the app has logged out.

Excellent system
Been using a Wunda underfloor heating system for a few months alongside Wunda Smart and its fantastic. Understandably a bit complex to set up, but day to day operation is quick, smooth and simple. I have a lot more control than I used to with Nest and with a lot less frustration.
Very good system
The installation and set up was pretty easy. I managed to set up 7 thermostats and 17 radiator heads in about 30 minutes. After that the app is pretty intuitive and easy to use.
My central heating system is now flexible, more economical and very easy to control.
The manual and umpteen downloads makes set up appear more daunting than it is. The whole shebang needs to be tidied up - there are several unexplained settings (maybe they apply to underfloor systems, but nothing makes this explicit). Some structured thinking could put everything into a single user friendly document. This would make the WUNDA easier to sell because potential buyers would suffer less unnecessary pre-purchase confusion.

Solid so far - HomeKit support please!
Really happy with the system so far and the app seems pretty solid. Just hoping for HomeKit support at some point. Would complete it for me! 🤞
Good app that needs extra features
Just acquired Wunda UFH and so far it’s been really good. The app is very responsive and generally works well however it needs some improvements/extra features:
- the temperature graphs need to be more granular. I’d like to be able to zoom into daily graph.
- it would be good to see on the graph an indicator of when the system called for heat
- the flame symbol shows as soon as the temperature in the room drops below the set value which is incorrect as the system only calls for heat when the temp drops down to switching differential (default 0.5deg)
- it would be good to be able to add own pictures of the room
- The room list should be switchable between list and tiles view. I personally prefer tile view, similar to Tado.
Otherwise a good app.

Great System but I have a few suggestions
I am a recent adopter of the Wundasmart system, I have 17 TRV's and a wet underfloor system.
I have a framed Ipad set up in my hallway in a dual-screen mode to control my heating and lighting systems. This is permanently on, and it would be great if the app had a dark mode.
I would also like to see outside temperature as a plot on the temperature graphs, and the systems adaptive control take account of the outside temperature.
My final wish list is to have more backgrounds available for each zone in large mode and or the ability to use your photos of a room with the app and slicker graphics for the compact mode.

Update
The app hasn’t worked since the last update. Whenever I try to use it it says there is a problem with the Wi-Fi. My Wi-Fi is fine everything else works apart from this app
Please can you add scene function
Hi wunda, overall a good system and intuitive app. Having installed a large system with 16 zones I would really appreciate the ability to create scenes that are available at a single click vs having to manage each zone Ie I would like to create scene 1 - four downstairs zones on, scene 2 might be 8 zones, scene 3 16 zones. I know you can program each zone to a set temp, time & day but that assumes you have a consistent pattern of living. Thanks

Cannot get this to work
I have had a Wanda smart heating control system installed I have two underfloor heating zone and some radiators. The plumber and electrical could not get this system to work and nor can I. I have three sensors the one closest to the control unit keep disconnecting and the one furthest away eats batteries and still fails to operate the heating system. All in all hard work and a waste of money. I will be speaking to the electrician and plumber to see if we can change this out for something that actually works.

App request

Good app thank you! I love being able to control all the zones from my phone.
One request is to please add a ‘select all’ so you can change all to a certain temperature at one time. Otherwise when coming back from a few days away one has to individually select all zones which takes a while. First world problem I know but if you don’t ask...!
