Ok app needs an update things like battery level and maybe not let you arm if a zone is open ie open door contact.

No longer works
App desperately needs updating. After latest IOS updates it no longer works. Possible to add devices including the hub, but they do not work mearly giving message “failed to load”. Hub was sent to manufacturer but no fault found. On return I found it to work fine. However, after a few days same old problems returned. Then it started working again with no input or changes by me. Decided to abandon this hub and the App and try using an alternative Zigbee hub.

Good but desperately needs an update
This is overall a good app that does what it needs to do pretty effectively but it’s got some annoyances. It really needs an update to add features that are now common such as login being linked to facial recognition. It would be good if the pop-up notifications after running a ‘tap to run’ macro (basically a button macro) could be turned off. This notification may be useful during setup and fault finding but day to day it’s completely unnecessary as it’s obvious the macro has run given it will switch things on or off, probably lights.

Fort smart doorbell
Its a basic app but does what it says, only downsides are that when you goto live stream, you can no longer put the stream in landscape view, also can not change ringtone on chime unit in house, have spoken to technical support of both issues but not had any joy, so stuck with with a xmas chime in April.
