A very excellent place to get your stuff. I’ve gotten some ropes and a lot of gloves and even a jack for my truck from these folks. I’m pretty sure they have it all. As a guy that has to get some work done, I give this place my official seal of certification.

App is easy to use description of hardware sometimes a bit shy in details. I would love to see Apple Pay just double click and you’re done.

terrible place to purchase things
i have never had this much trouble buying something like not once have i EVER had to pick out my own tax jurisdiction. who the hell even knows what that means i literally asked my mom and she didn’t even know like no app has ever made me do that. also i think it’s dumb how it makes you go into the website to add your payment method and then it fails to update in the app so you have to refresh it and go through all of it again. then when it asks for your user id it was confusing until i realized its just your email like why not just phrase it differently so that it’s not confusing??

I love Grainger, but I hate the app. It’s trash. Grainger.com in a browser is a superior ordering experience.

Search doesn’t work
When I use the search in the app it doesn’t come up with any results. If i google search, it will direct me to back to the app and then show up
Un Useable
Love Grainger but the app is horrendous. Search engine is the worst of all major players. If you do not type in exactly the correct name of what you are looking for, good luck. Often times you have to just use google to find what you are looking for. Very frustrating to use
The app and website are broken.
I used to buy 90% of my materials and tools from them but over the last month the quality of the app and website has dropped significantly. I now avoid it as much as possible.

Lousy details
It’s extremely hard on both the app and the website to find the accessories to go along with the main items that you sell in other words a plug that fits a solenoid valve or a cord that goes onto an appliance everything is difficult
