Your app is TRASH
The news 22/WWLP app is atrocious. Every time you have it open it will randomly open up a browser window to a random site or a reCAPTCHA..you don’t have to even touch your screen and you are redirected. The grammatical mistakes on their news story’s are also hilarious…it’s almost like the crew at this station use ai to generate stories…can someone at the station prove they have an education? They don’t even know the difference between infamous and famous. To, too, and two are very different words…no wonder you have such a turnover rate at ur company.

Often Unusable
Frequently switches to my web browser and tries to load a page. I’m not tapping any ads, and sometimes not even touching the screen. App is unusable like this.

Just use the webpage
The app is horrible to navigate. Can’t see half the things you can if you just use the webpage. Can’t go back easily, there’s plenty more. Just use the webpage. Also extremely biased news, and never positive news.
App keeps rerouting me
Been a user of this app for years via iPhone and recently it keeps sending me to an all white page on google for no reason when trying to read stories. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG
Random website opens every time
Every time I try to read an article, it glitches and opens Safari and a blank web page. Incredibly frustrating. Happens multiple times while reading each article then I have to go and force close every page it’s opened in safari because of course it doesn’t open the same page, but a new blank page Every. Freaking. Time!

This app is useless because of the ridiculous advertising and pop up’s. You can’t read the articles or watch the news without advertising overlay or pushing the news or weather off the page. Stupid greed.

Please fix your app so it doesn’t turn off my headphones audio every time I open the app. Super annoying.

Did the app update today and now the app doesn’t work. Starts to load, then just “goes away”. Obviously need another update asap to fix it.

It’s Great - When it Works
The app is a good source of info - when it works. Crashed about a week ago and will not load. Deleted it and re-loaded but to no avail. Telling me no internet connection, yet every other app I have works.

My husband and I really miss Allison Finch doing the weather. We love Kelly Reardon too but we still miss her weather team mate Allison Finch.
New update is horrible
Love this app but with the update i now can not watch live from the app and when i click a story it locks up. I have deleted the app and reinstalled i have reset my phone as well and does the same thing. And then when i try to watch live thru xfinity streaming app its a totally different news channel its not 22 news its like news 10 or something… very disappointing…
