Awful awful awful UX
Really poor experience using this app. The app malfunctions horribly. I went in circles for an hour trying to place an order, and had the same problem when I called to place my order. The app needs to be fixed or de-bugged. The website and app are one of the worst systems I’ve ever used.

I like it, but would be better if there were better descriptions of the stuff.

App needs to keep me signed in—I shouldn’t have to sign in every time I use it. It also doesn’t do a good job of applying coupons when they pop up and I tap apply. Every time I’ve applied them, I will find they haven’t been applied when I go to check out. By that time, I usually have to back out of the app and go to my email to find the code. Last thing: when I try to sign in w/phone I keep getting a msg saying my number is linked to >1 account but I can’t seem to investigate this in the app and I’ve tried to call store and fix this and no luck. What gives?

I love the ease of ordering online and getting my libations delivered!! Fun!!
Flashy appearance but glitchy and slow
App looks great for a local retailer and is usually alright to use but the menus and filters for searching are very slow to load sometimes. Also inventory issues can make some common products hard to find or they will be missing all together. The staff at Wyatt’s are always quick to call with any issues, however, and they are the best part of the setup.

This is the best liquor store in Northern Colorado, and the app is wonderful! They are always offering discounts, coupons, or free delivery. So easy to use, and so easy to navigate. And they call you immediately if they’re out of something you order online. So happy to have Wyatt’s and their app!
