Very easy and straight forward
The other reviews were a bit discouraging but I had no issues logging in and using the robot. The app is very straightforward, it connects to the robot quickly and there are many cleaning options including cleaning the water service which I thought was pretty cool. I purchased the robot for my parents pool, they’re in their 70s and the app is easy for them to navigate which I love! (Plz don’t use Claude to shape up a new app this is perfect)

Glitchy
I have had my WYBOT for 4 years now and got it on kickstarter.
Having issues with it. Will not connect to the internet and it will not save a program. You have to set the Bot each time you clean the pool it defaults to clean walls only. I wish it would save the last setting so anyone could hit the power button twice and it would clean the entire pool. You can only use the Bot with the app.

Nightmare
Guys, it’s 2026. I could probably have Claude write a better app in 12 seconds. Why are you putting out an app like this for your customers?
Fonctionne bien hors de l’eau
Tout va bien, mais vous devez choisir en avance ce que nous souhaitez que le robot fasse car une fois dans l’eau le robot ne capte plus le signal wifi, le robot nettoie super bien, je suis très très surpris à ce bas prix 😁👌🏼
New Wybot s3 won't update firmware
The app keeps saying take it off the dock and connect to the robot via bluetooth. It wont connect no matter what we do when its out of the water and powered on feet from our phone. it also wont work when its docked. Why doesn't this just use wifi with the bot docked?? I feel this thing was rolled out without proper app support.

Die App ist übersichtlich allerdings fährt der Roborter nicht alleine zur Ladestation zurück! Da hilft die App auch nicht !!! Keine Kaufempfehlung für Wybot :(
Application inutilisable
Depuis 2 semaines l’application ne fonctionne pas. A chaque tentative de connexion il est indiqué « connexion serveur impossible ». Ainsi paramétrage du robot impossible
Don’t buy these machines.

odd app english grammar, bad robots
the app has weird misspellings and grammar issues when in english. the brand is also not reliable. the unit conveniently stopped working and holding a charge immediately after the warranty period ended. ultimately this app and its connected products are not worth your money
my pool is extremely clean now
We purchased this unit to help keep our pool clean. And, it does a wonderful job. The only drawback is it has a two hour limit on the battery and once in a while, it gets hung up on the steps, but it eventually corrects itself. Overall, we are very pleased with this unit and would recommend buying it.

One season product
What a waste of hard earned money. The WYBOT lasted almost one season and now will not even power on. It charges but it won’t move in the pool anymore. Good luck with customer service.

Très bonne application ! Le design est soigné, ergonomique et intuitif, ce qui permet de prendre en main le robot en quelques minutes. La connexion est fiable et rapide, et les commandes répondent parfaitement. La programmation des nettoyages, le choix des modes de nettoyage et le suivi du robot rendent l’entretien de la piscine beaucoup plus simple. Contrairement à plusieurs autres appareils domestiques l’app se connecte TOUJOURS à mon robot qui est détecté à 100%
Il est très aisé de changer de programme de nettoyage.
En cherchant un peu on peut personnaliser les réglages pour ma coque à fond incliné.
Et surtout un programme « expert » de parcours sur les murs qui est très efficace dans mon cas pour franchir la marche de sécurité.

Save money
I have C1 model and it’s a waste. Stupid machine can’t seem to stay on the ground. It would run for like 2-3 feet and for some reason the front side lifts up when there is nothing in front of it and decides to go the other direction. And this is on top of the damn machine not wanting to turn on half the time. Never buying another product from them after reading the similar issues customers have with theirs.

Completely useless
This does absolutely nothing. It says it does it won’t stay connected to the Wi-Fi. I find it most mornings laying in the middle of the pool somewhere because it was unable to find its home. I spend more time screwing with this thing than I would’ve cleaning my own pool by hand. Do not buy this. I am ashamed that I did. Their tech-support is nonexistent by the way they spend all of their money on marketing on Facebook instead of making their product not suck.
