Bad App Worse Pool Cleaner
The Solar Panel has to be plugged in for it to charge, so what’s the point. The pool cleaner has successfully re-docked on its own two times in the last year. The dock connects to the app more often than the cleaner. I am constantly pulling it out of the pool to run it manually and recharge it. Not worth the expense. Creates more hassle. I compared the Viper and it cleans a little better for a fraction of the price.

Does not do a good job clean the pool does not use a pattern just runs all over the place.
Worked in the beginning
The app and robot worked as advertised for about a month. Now, the app constantly disconnects. The worst part is that the robot stops in my deep end. I’ve taken the cleaning down to only twice weekly thinking that the additional time to charge would be handy. Nope. I have now fished it out of the deep end of my pool four times. Why did I buy this?!

Cannot upgrade
Cannot get robot to Bluetooth and update the firmware.
App isn’t working
I can’t login to the app it keeps giving me an error message and the only way to use my robot pool cleaner is through the app. Ridiculous
App times out
The app is not too stable, it sometimes logs me out then will not log me back in until I delete it and start over
Login Expired
Can no longer login.. keeps throwing this error and the day before the wybot s3 stopped connecting to wifi.
Terrible
I agree with the comments of Mehdard. Woke up this morning to find App not allowing me to log in. And nary a support in sight.
App won’t login
Suddenly app logged me out and now keeps saying “Login session has expired. Please login again to continue using our services”. I’ve tried to recreate my account and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won’t work.
Disregard Negative Reviews
The other negative reviews must be from people who don’t understand how to use the internet or phones and apps in general. Absolutely no problem clicking on the sign up button, entering your email and password, and logging into the app. Set up was as simple as turning on Bluetooth, discovering the vacuum and configuring your pool shape with a step by step configuration wizard. Then literally just put the vacuum in the pool and let it do its job.

Very easy and straight forward
The other reviews were a bit discouraging but I had no issues logging in and using the robot. The app is very straightforward, it connects to the robot quickly and there are many cleaning options including cleaning the water service which I thought was pretty cool. I purchased the robot for my parents pool, they’re in their 70s and the app is easy for them to navigate which I love! (Plz don’t use Claude to shape up a new app this is perfect)

I have had my WYBOT for 4 years now and got it on kickstarter.
Having issues with it. Will not connect to the internet and it will not save a program. You have to set the Bot each time you clean the pool it defaults to clean walls only. I wish it would save the last setting so anyone could hit the power button twice and it would clean the entire pool. You can only use the Bot with the app.

Nightmare
Guys, it’s 2026. I could probably have Claude write a better app in 12 seconds. Why are you putting out an app like this for your customers?
Fonctionne bien hors de l’eau
Tout va bien, mais vous devez choisir en avance ce que nous souhaitez que le robot fasse car une fois dans l’eau le robot ne capte plus le signal wifi, le robot nettoie super bien, je suis très très surpris à ce bas prix 😁👌🏼
