Almost worse than nothing
Logs me out constantly, can’t even search inventory without being logged in, often wrong.
Terrible!
The old app was way more user friendly. This one boots me out of my account constantly requiring me to sign in with my library card number (who has that memorized!?!). It takes forever to load and renewing items takes longer than it should. There are a lot of glitches that need to be fixed!

Glitchy, doesn’t load, doesn’t work
This app won’t even open 95% of the time. I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times to no avail. If the app does load it crashes after location of chosen. The old app worked just fine, wish it hadn’t changed.
Terrible, user hostile!
The old app lets you scan the barcode on your library card. Not this one; you have to type it in. Then it wants a password. What password? I don’t have a password associated with this account.
It asks permission to access your location. OK, so far so good. I gave it permission. It then asked me to select a library from a list. I thought that was the point of asking to access my location. And the list was not in any order I could discern, like maybe alphabetical by town, or by county.
I still don’t have access to my account.
