Most links clicked directs to live stream
Almost every time I click on a certain news clip, or article, instead of playing that clip it just plays the current live stream. It’s very frustrating. If not fixed soon I’m considering on just deleting my apps. I would watch the live stream if that’s what I wanted but I’m interested in just watching certain events only.

Worst app to navigate
Do not get the app. Trying to watch the live news in the morning just doesn’t work. You will click on one thing and it will be playing something completely different. The 6am news this morning didn’t air correctly so I completely missed it. When you try to navigate to see past newscast, you’ll get a warning that it’s not a trusted site, so you won’t be able to go there. And not to mention every time you click on something in the app, you’ll have to watch a 30 second ad that you can’t skip. Also don’t try the website either, it’s just as bad. Do yourself a favor and don’t even try. Immediately deleting this app.

Updated format sucks
Since the update I have not enjoyed this app. I have used wymt’s news app for many years and get on it several times daily. But this new format is not good. It looks generic and cheap and the ads are crazy. There’s on now in the center of the national news section that won’t give me an option to x out of it or watch it to get rid of it. I hate to delete the news app but it looks as though that is what I’m going to do. I’ll have to watch tv to get my news updates but I don’t get WYMT. Please go back to the old format or fix the ads from popping up on every click

The update has made this app awful. It is too busy. I want to read articles not watch videos. Fix it back. It is not good and did not improve anything.

The new updated app is no where near as good as the previous version. The ad’s play when you’re trying to read the article and no way to mute them.
The old one was better
This layout is confusing. The old app was better. This one has a notification always on the app logo but there’s no new notification. Shouldn’t have changed the app.
Closings for iPhone 17
Search for closings on IPhone 17 is impossible. It will only allow search for and add one institution.
Also the list is incomplete and doesn’t show Floyd County schools and untelling what else.

Annoying ads
I only use this app in the winter to check if school is out for snow, but recently it has got really annoying due to the ads that show up and are hard to close when you first open the app.
Love the app
There is a problem -when I click on a story and begin reading and then scroll up the page goes blank (just white screen) —most of the time I can’t find the article again -it’s as if it disappears

Keeps crashing
Help! The app has always worked but now it keeps closing out when you click on it ..

The app will not open on my iPhone since the last update.
App not opening
I’ve had this app for a long time now a few years in fact. But this new update or whatever has happened it won’t even open. I have deleted it and downloaded it again but it doesn’t help. Please fix this issue. Thanks
