Great value!
Let me tell you guys… I love the window cameras. Clear pictures. And the siren alarm, is so loud that you can hear it from outside your house. I think that subscription is very reasonable. And I’m going to add more Wyze cameras all over my house and outdoors.
App update killed my cam usage
My Wyze app is useless. It doesn’t show my cams and requests login every time I open. It then tells me I’m using the web side access on my mobile. Suggesting I use my laptop or open the app. I’M IN THE APP!!
Too slow/glitchy
I’ve had this app for 3-4 years, but as of now it has been pretty glitchy and slow to use. It takes forever to load my device (garage) and when it does, it doesn’t even show an option to open/close it which forces me to refresh over and over again till it does. This has been an issue with the more recent updates, with the refreshed UI. It has lead to me being locked outside my house or sitting in front of it for 10+ minutes trying to refresh (or update) the app to open/close the garage or to get my device to load as a whole. I wouldn’t really recommend this app/brand for anything else other than surveillance.

Terrible Service
We loved our Wyze cam system. It was simple and dependable. We could confidently check on our home regularly. The we bought the service. Now our cameras are constantly going offline, disconnecting, and restarting at strange intervals. This is the cost of membership. We are absolutely disappointed.
