Visualização ruim e propagandas
O visual do app está pior do que há alguns anos atrás, tanto o vídeo quanto os eventos. Poderia ter o básico que funciona, sem muitos adornos visuais. A busca de retroceder e avançar no vídeo gravado é péssima.
Para completar, 2 a 3x por semana tem notificações de propaganda. Num equipamento de segurança isso é absolutamente incoerente e acaba com a confiança. A cada atualização vocês conseguem piorar a experiência. Até achava que era meu Android antigo, mas agora que estou com iPhone vejo que ter um sistema de mediano pra ruim é intencional.
Minha próxima câmera não será da wyze, e nunca mais será minha recomendação.

Security cameras at my deceased mom’s house
Sometimes the camera detects motion or a person, and it is the wind, or a flag waving, or a bat flying past in the middle of the night.
Other than that, I am very glad that I put these cameras in, because it enabled me to know that my mom had fallen on two occasions, and to get help for her, even though I was 1000 miles away.

Ads being shown instead of notifications
I have all notifications but camera detections turned off in the app, despite this I am still getting sent ads to my Home Screen notifications. Oh you think someone is walking in your yard, nope here’s a new camera ad instead.
Unwanted notification ads
Even if you turn off promotional news notifications you still get them. Push notifications for new products and sales. I have to turn all notifications off which defeats the feature of the security camera
Focused more on ads than performance
App is sending me push notifications for new products now, while the notifications I actually want only work a fraction of the time with limited adjustability. No setting to change app push notifications for new products, so I either turn it completely off or deal with their BS.
