Improvements needed
Downloading is such a pain. You really need mass download options. Takes forever to download individual from 3 different cameras while work being done and need to keep an eye on for lawsuit and need it all. Such a massive waste of my time… needed but a waste. People have been complaining about it over 7yrs to you all… that is plenty of time to come up with a solution. Not doing so is sheer laziness and not listening to customers.

When the camera notices a vehicle approaching driveway it tells you vehicle and records it driving by, but if a person walks up in my driveway as vehicle is driving by the camera won’t record only a second of what that person is doing in my driveway. It recorded him walking in my driveway but when the vehicle gos past it ends there. Did not record what the man was doing in my driveway or when he even left or possibly left with 😡

Worst App
I’ve had wise cameras for several years now. I have expanded them at my home and have about eight running. I’m running a mesh Wi-Fi system with 2 GB Internet. The experience I have with this camera system is consistently poor, especially in the last year or so. Some examples are cameras that I can never connect to that. I have to reset the entire camera to be able to connect to. Not being able to view cameras with a good connection if I’m on my Wi-Fi network with my phone. Someone knocking on the door and having to give up even checking the app to see what the camera fee chose because of how poorly the app works. Not at all satisfied with Wyze or their camera service.

Uncertainty
It’s about 50-50 chance it’s gonna record what you want. And about 7030 chance it’s not gonna record long enough to get the full activity. In other words, a robber could be walking towards your house and after a few seconds the camera just stops, recording the event, so Your left, wondering what happened… This is the reason I got the darn camera. Ugh.

App gets worse over time, features get removed, new bugs break things that used to work etc. Cameras also probably spying and selling data like every company does now. Also subscription hell

I find it hard to navigate. It records and notifies traffic passing by, but close up where we need notifications, nothing.

Wyze camera
At first I was impressed with these cameras, I bought 2 more after the first one, but too many updates and now you have to pay a monthly or yearly subscription. So if you want to buy a subscription there great cameras, but when I buy something I own it .. so I will be upgrading to a better system

Not happy how it used to give you a 15 second video clip now they suddenly want you to pay and all you get without subscribing and buying a plan is you get is a thumb nail when it detects something. I have had 3 cameras for 7 years. So I’ll be looking at something else.

Driving me crazy!
This app notifies me of motion CONSTANTLY when there's NOTHING going on! It's driving me crazy!!!! It ignores the detection zone I set up to avoid false notifications! It's gotten to the point where if something did happen, I'd probably ignore it.
