App is a disaster and
Developers Response is lame and worthless! 8/6/2026 - airport shuttle took us airport parking and it was HOT!! Everyone on the shuttle who had a remote start app on their phone could start their car and have it cooled down by the time we got there but me. I had the only Honda and it’s a 2026 Trailsport Elite. BAD !!!

Love the convenience of this app!
The features are great! I mostly use it to monitor the charging progress of my car. The one thing that concerns me most about this app is that it does not refresh properly. Currently, even after clicking on refresh it shows the status from last week. Is there a fix for it?
Terrible
The app is terrible. It takes two minutes to connect then you wait another minute to remote start(an example). Most of the time it gives error message, or app does not connect. I am not sure what the problem is, but the real problem is that it has been almost a year of ownership and there is no improvement whatsoever. I had jeep before, it was an instant connection, and execution of commands took 2-3 seconds.

Functional app, bit slow
When the app works it’s decent. Gets the job done. Sometimes it does take a bit for the updated state to get loaded
