Sometimes it works
It’s about 50/50 if it actually works or not. It times out all the time when asked to lock or remote start. I thought I might need to update the app but it’s just not that good.

My customer service help from Chris to reactivate my remote was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and professional.
Ford doesn’t charge for their phone app to remote start
If you added the cost to every vehicle, it would just be pennies.

Almost unusable
Glitchy app. Using it with Honda Prologue for 12 months. In 95% of situations you just can’t connect to a car to check charging amperage or whatever else. You have to refresh 10-30 times to connect. Also when you doing Lyft it can check your battery status through API to give you a rides within your range. Again, you have to reconnect it thousands times and then just turn off that feature, cuz Honda’s API not responding.
You can remotely turn on climate in 60% times if you are lucky and it takes crazy long. Bad bad bad.
