it sucks

i hate this app its slow, i just resubscribed and it hasnt been updated as if i didnt even purchase this. it always says there is a maintenance and when i try to use the locator it never works.

Horrendous

Terrible app, always glitching and not working. Always some type of maintenance going on. You would think a multi billion dollar company could build a decent app.

Not a good app

It’s slow to respond , it’s unreliable

Trips

I think honda can add trips record so we can see where the car is travelled

Wild to me

It’s crazy to me that a brand as established and traditional as Honda, cannot figure out the app. Lack of features, a UI that is most unpleasant are just a couple reasons why the 1-star. The most absurd limitation is remote start. Twice. You get 2 times. I live in Texas where I need to cook the car for 30 mins. You can adjust the time you want it to run either, lol.

Glitch

Can’t reset my pin and tech customer service can’t figure it out

Too slow

The app is far too slow…

Slow to connect; can’t changed the assigned dealer

It can be slow to connect to the car sometimes. The biggest oversight is that the previous owner’s assigned dealer is still set in the app for my car and there isn’t a way to change it, at least not easily found. I personally don’t see a need to use a dealer 300 miles away. Why can’t I reset that?

Honda Accord

Honda link app is not user friendly. Very frustrating to navigate through. Lots of unnecessary hoops to jump through. Completely worthless.

App sucks

I tried everything with this app and doesn’t start again and it all started when i took my prologue to get it updated. In the beginning, it works but it lags sooo much and after i got it updated from Honda, the apo never worked again. I even Called OnStar and they only give you a ticket and all you get is the same response that they’re working on it and at the end after 10 emails, the app still don’t work. The app is useless.

Aggravating and unhelpful

I’m so sick of this app opening on my phone every time I start my car, plug in my phone, or unplug my phone. I have been putting up with this for 6 years. It’s incredibly aggravating that can’t be turned off, especially since the app does absolutely nothing for me except allow me to schedule service appointments

Works sometimes

This app would be good if it always worked needs more stability

App is amazing

This Honda link app is amazing fast response.

The worst vehicle app

Can’t even show the current mileage or fuel level anymore on a $50k+ vehicle without paying $110+/yr?! My VW came with 5 YEARS of free app service!

Broken

App no longer links to CarPlay since new IOS update. Says I don’t have Siri enabled when I do. Have tried restarting car and phone.

Good idea, poor execution

App crashes, forgets password and fails to connect to the car frequently

Honda is sorry the app doesn’t work but not sorry enough to fix it. Pathetic.

Well. It’s been several months. Sometimes it seem ok, other times it’s sucks.

This update doesn’t work at all. It gives me a message saying the system is “temporarily down”. And yes Honda, I did delete the app and reboot my phone - multiple times.

I don’t think they know the meaning of the word “temporary” as the non-working state seems to be the default mode and the working state is the temporary mode.

What is this, 1994? Microsoft wants its windows 95 developers back.

Honda! Do better.

Honda Technology problems with app

The app in conjunction with 2025 Odyssey Elite has many issues. WIth the paid subscriptions the my Q app will not geofence and send notification to vehicle. Very slow to respond on other features as well. Honda support today said they are aware and no timeframe for fixing these bugs just wait for the app to be updated. Have had ongoing issues since I purchased this new van in 2025.

Honda response call customer service. I have done that multiple times and they cannnot fix the geofencing with MY Q or the slow app response. They say wait for a new release of the app. They are aware of problem. It does not work at this time.

Money money

A company this big is still thinking about stealing from customers. When you buy a new car, it's only free for three months to use the app on your phone. Then when you don't pay monthly, nothing shows up. Toyota is free for one year, but not you.

Worst app

Slow and unreliable
