This app is horrible

This app is horrible, I’ve been trying to access information from 10 days ago but it will not let me go that far back. I’ve reached out to customer service and have been waiting for them to send the information via email that was 5 days ago. The app takes forever to refresh and now when I open the app it says my car is on the highway traveling at 66mph and it’s parked at my job. The function of the app is horrible and customer service has not been helpful thus far.
