Why
I took my car in and had routine maintenance done and it’s been 200 miles ago and I’m getting notifications that I need service again but it’s not saying why

This app is horrible
This app is horrible, I’ve been trying to access information from 10 days ago but it will not let me go that far back. I’ve reached out to customer service and have been waiting for them to send the information via email that was 5 days ago. The app takes forever to refresh and now when I open the app it says my car is on the highway traveling at 66mph and it’s parked at my job. The function of the app is horrible and customer service has not been helpful thus far.

This app makes it so easy to schedule service for my car. Let’s me know exactly what’s going on.
App doesn’t work.
I had the Elo app 1st and that app was amazing. If the wind blew just right, I would get a notification there was movement with my car. Now the new app is not giving me any notifications whatsoever. My car will be home and it will say that it’s still parked at my work. I have all the appropriate settings set to where they need to be but I’m not getting any notifications whatsoever. This is a real bummer. I really hope that they are able to fix the issue. ☹️☹️

Victory
If you are at Victory Toyota in St Louis be mindful that this protection product is optional. Be smart and read the fine print where it says you are not required to purchase CarDoc in order to buy a car or receive financing. I’m giving the app five stars because the developers technically did a good job. The app seems to work as intended, but it’s not worth even remotely what I paid for it.

Fails to upload data
I love the idea of the cardoc app and its potential to help car owners automate maintenance. But it doesn’t upload maintenance data. For example, when I enter the mileage for the last oil change, tire pressure, etc., I get an error message saying “failed to upload data.” Since it was presented as a requirement to purchase the equipment for nothing short of $1300 (and I think more if I remember), I would expect to have full use of the purported beneficial features, or it just feels like a scam for car buyers. Please fix this as soon as possible!

It’s a scam
The car dealership couldn’t get us logged into our account and the corporate representative couldn’t get us logged into our account. Do not purchase a Car Doc plan. It’s a total ripoff.

It’s 2025 look at the Kia app and base your model off that . No way the remote start. The option the turn on the air and heat . The option to unlock your door from the app should not be here

Works great!
Great service. Love knowing I can easily schedule my oil changes through my dealership close to home. Not someone who typically forgets where I park but I did a few days ago and the active waypoint system is a plus. Gave me walking directions and distance to my vehicle which was parked around the corner.
