It doesn’t update when I did my oil change and the mileage on when is going to be the next one. And the batteries. I like the old app.
Piece of junk
This is my second one, which was installed by the dealer. My check engine light has been on for about 3 weeks and the app tells me that there is no issue detected. The one before this did the same thing. Check engine light came on and no issues were detected

Update the App is always off has a difficulty syncing.
Terrible App
This app is terrible. I’ve had this for 3 weeks and it has yet to work. I’ve signed on once and after that I’ve been unable to do so. Customer service puts in requests for help and I have yet to be helped. I had Theft Patrol previously and when renewed, I was told I now had to use PLAD Tech. Had I known that, I wouldn’t have renewed. I only gave 1 star so that I could write a review.

Forced by dealership to download
Despite being presented as a “optional” piece of equipment, my dealership refused to remove this from my lease and I was forced to pay over $1000 for this stupid app that seems to primarily exist to funnel you into the dealership’s own maintenance department.
