It doesn’t update when I did my oil change and the mileage on when is going to be the next one. And the batteries. I like the old app.
Piece of junk
This is my second one, which was installed by the dealer. My check engine light has been on for about 3 weeks and the app tells me that there is no issue detected. The one before this did the same thing. Check engine light came on and no issues were detected

Terrible App
This app is terrible. I’ve had this for 3 weeks and it has yet to work. I’ve signed on once and after that I’ve been unable to do so. Customer service puts in requests for help and I have yet to be helped. I had Theft Patrol previously and when renewed, I was told I now had to use PLAD Tech. Had I known that, I wouldn’t have renewed. I only gave 1 star so that I could write a review.

Forced by dealership to download
Despite being presented as a “optional” piece of equipment, my dealership refused to remove this from my lease and I was forced to pay over $1000 for this stupid app that seems to primarily exist to funnel you into the dealership’s own maintenance department.
Trash location updates
I drive my car all day everyday and when I try to see if my car will be towed for parking in designated time parking spots this app at the bare minimum will show my location over 24 hrs ago
Worst app I have ever used in my entire life
I will definitely say that it’s the worst worst app I have ever used in my life bcoz it a year I have purchased this product with my Honda CRV , always it’s shows inaccurate location, neither motion notifications nor engine start notification and never shows your whole day travel history. That insane app. Never ever have any accurate information about my vehicle. I’m totally fed up with this app.

Can’t log back in
Had it for just over a year. Tracker some things well. Recently received a message saying a I have a recall and I can’t use Face ID or login. After I try, it sends me to the usual policy acknowledgement and then says “I’m out of network”. Tried deleting and redownloading. Fully reset. Recently got a new phone and went to try again with no luck. Company hasn’t been of use.

Terrible App.
The app shows one location for several hour or more. No logical pattern for knowing where the vehicles been, or going. The vehicle would have to be left running, in one place, for at least 24 hours, in order for you to locate it with this app.

10/10 I got this app through my local dealership and I love it; it diagnoses my car, I know exactly what’s wrong with my car. I love that. I can track it and locate it wherever it’s at definitely convenient
Accuracy
The new update has ruined the tracking. I’m home 45 mins ago. App says I’m just starting to move.
My AirTag gives me a better location than this thing
The only complaint is that the location is most of the time wrong and blocks away from where the car is. It an okay app but I take everything it says with a grain of salt.
Can’t Schedule Service
As the title mentions, I can’t seem to schedule a maintenance at all. Keeps loading but nothing happens. Also, fuel level is inaccurate and takes forever to update. Overall very lame app. Don’t waste your money on it.
FROZEN APP
I give up… this really is a useless app. The screen freezes and you have zero ability to “unfreeze” it. Seems to freeze on the weekends- best part is you can contact support and open a complaint. BUT YOU WONT GET AN ANSWER UNTIL MONDAY.

This is by far the worst app to use for your car. Nothing works properly. If I was paying I would not purchase this app for my dog. It’s always telling lies about where your car is and it also never accurate
Great Option for Today’s Pricey Vehicles
Purchase new Truck, Dealership presented as a option to consider. No pressure, although they did want to convey the main feature: Theft Tracking.
I recall $500 range for 5-7 yrs monitoring services. I wasn’t original wanting it but did see the value in locating my Truck promptly.
It also provides Battery, Fuel, Range, miles on odometer, and a history log of driving showing it is tracking location. It also holds a lot of vehicle and service data points.
Haven’t taken truck yet on long drive outside of dense cellular city… so I’m not sure how it performs in all locations Nationwide.
For the prompt location, ease to pass the information to Police that can provide a provide fast recovery… a small cost for multiple years I found acceptable.

Saved me!
My car got stolen and I was alerted shortly after. I called the hotline for stolen vehicles and the support rep helped me through the entire process. Law enforcement was able to track my car, refiner out and make an arrest. Couldn’t recommend it more.

This app is terrible. There isn’t a single function that works correctly!!! I’m currently at home while the app is saying i’m driving 60mph on the freeway. The gas percentage takes at least a week to update so it’s never accurate! My car got broken into; my window was smashed, two airbags were stolen and when I logged onto the app it said there was NOTHING WRONG with my car!! It never notified me about the car being broken into and a recall that was needed for my seatbelts; I had to find out by a letter in the mail from my dealership. It kept saying my battery was dead and when I take it to the dealership they told me it was working fine! When purchasing the car, they were sooooo persistent about buying the app, $1,100 dollars later… they made me buy the app or they weren’t going to sell me the car!!! This app is literally useless! It does absolutely nothing right!!! Never notifies you about anything and takes days if not weeks to update!!! When my car was being serviced, the app still said NOTHING was wrong with it!!! Don’t let dealerships trick you into spending money on this app!!!
