Doesn’t work
I’m trying to set up an account and the app won’t allow me to move on past step 3… who is around for help?
Customer support non-existent
App is not loading latest rounds after working correctly for a year. There is no link to customer support anywhere that I can see. Local franchise owner says “it should be working”. Separately the stats data leaves a lot to be desired. Can’t view history or rounds, manage data, load swing videos during practice sessions. In today’s technology driven world, the app is nothing more than basic. Which is a shame because the game itself is the best technology I’ve seen short of TGL.

App records some
Data but is very lacking, can see average drive, handicap, etc but x golf is collecting all the other data on spin, ball speed, irons etc but none of that is displayed in the app. If the app had better data visibility it would get more usage and more people would go to xgolf. Also ability to sync to other golfing apps like 18Birdies or blue tees would be a huge plus

Keeps improving
Used to be terrible, but it seems like they’re starting to make it better and better. I like being able to scan a QR code to start my round.
Very disappointing
What is the point of having an app where you can build a profile that syncs with the simulator if the data being displayed for each shot while at X-Golf can’t be viewed after playing a round to analyze???
It’s bad enough you can’t even access the captured data while at X-Golf and you only get to see it for about 10 seconds on the screen after each shot. But having an app that syncs to the simulator and still only shows maybe 1/3 of the data as total averages/percentages is extremely disappointing.

Driving range stats
Was told by XGolf staff that I can’t track my driving range stats? Major shortcoming,

Really poor design.
App doesn’t synch with website so I had to reregister with the app and make sure the passwords were the same.
App doesn’t remember my home course.
No clear link to log into your account in the app. Have to try to book a reservation to get prompted.
No clear way to view upcoming reservations in app. But that’s the first thing I see when I log directly into the website.
Half of the functions on the app are just links to the website so why use the app?
Open tee times are listed in confusing manner.

Very Disappointed
This app is currently useless. It doesn’t track any stats or connect your account when you’re playing a round. I played 36 holes and scanned the QR code to “add my profile” thinking it would link my stats and scores but it did nothing. It’s also very clunky when you’re navigating the tabs at the bottom. Most of the tabs take you to a webpage outside of the app being all over the place. X-Golf is fun but the tech needs a lot of improvement.

Statistics
Unfortunate that the app does not track hit/club data.Would be good to get club speed, ball speed, distance, spin, etc based on your tournament data.
Not updating Scores even when I scan in
We have played at X-Golf in Rockwall, TX twice now and neither one of those times did our scores update into the app even though we scanned into the system through our apps. This is a main reason we downloaded the app so that we could evaluate our scores.
What Stats?
How long does it typically take for stats and rounds to load after play? Do you need to enter or submit anything after the round for data to carry over into the app? Because thus far, nothing.
Kinda love kinda hate
I hate hate I can’t change my freaking picture. Just defaults to the first one which was an accident. I also think dates of showing where your handicap changed is important. Old game scores. SO MMUCHHHHH POTENTIAL
Doesn’t always connect to the game
Sometimes it doesn’t connect to the game. Also, it would be nice if you could set your level on the app…

When I first downloaded I had the option to set up my bag and pay for premium stats, now that’s gone. The simulators are by far the best, too bad the app doesn’t match them….
Disappointed
Half of the app isn’t even there/functional. They make it look streamlined but when you click it just forwards you to the website.

Very frustrating
Even with the new version, still problems. Scan and my name clearly shows up on the XGolf system and play the round. The data never makes it to the app. And no way to manually enter.

Used to work great
After most recent update, doesn’t save games. Have 200 or so rounds in the app and can’t view any recent games.
Does not work as advertised
I bought this app when I started going to the XGolf nearby. I thought it would be great to keep track of my statistics. So far I’ve only been able to get it to tell me how many times I have been to the simulator. It has no other statistics just a blank screen.

Hi the profile picture upload isn’t working again. Can we get that settled? Otherwise love everything about the app.
