The app gives me a badge without any reason and I cannot find a way to remove it

Wonderful product I absolutely love it. It has never once let me down. It always alerts when the mailbox is opened. Never once has it not. I highly recommend this little doo hickey it’s awesome. I was worried it wouldn’t work with 5ghz but it totally works!! No problems.

It’s simply fantastic to be anywhere else out and about and if you get a burst pipe or a leak at home you get an immediate notification . Here’s when technology makes life much more safe . We have also replaced our alarm and smoke detectors with X Sense Systems so life is so much safer . Thank you .

Easy set up
Awesomeness!! Literally a life saver!
I use this in my Garage apartment! My 90 yr old father with Dementia likes to push the buttons and in extreme weather I would worry all night… now I get an alarm if temp changes… it’s a life saver for me!

One account one login
Not sure why this isn’t a default. Why can’t I login in to an account on two separate devices? I have to share the account to another email and every time I need to connect an account I have to make a new email.
Great value and easy to use
I have been using x sense fire alarms and thermo-hygrometers to keep an eye on a second home. I found them easy to setup and good value. Also impressed by how they listen to customer feedback on the app and actually respond.

Peace of mid
Been using this app and the system for about a week now. Purchased to secure my outdoor garden room. I have been really impressed with how straightforward the set up is. I would say if you’re quite decent with tech it should be a breeze. I have an alarm system which is monitored and I feel this does has tech which comes very close to monitored security for a fraction of the price and I can monitor everything myself. I would defo recommend if you’re looking for a self monitored install yourself setup

I’ve not had any problems so far, seems to be reporting ok. Set up and connecting to the two SC07-WX combination smoke/CO alarms was easy enough but I’ve not had any alarms. The TP-link router says they are not there but the app says they are and gives their information ? Looks like they dump a small amount of data every 12 hours or so. It’s not a Nest but appears to do the job.

phone app notification
Hello, when the fire detection system is activated, a notification is sent to the phone application, but the notification stops very quickly and is very short, like a message. This system requires the user to turn off the notification; the notification bell needs to ring for a much longer time. Please help me with this issue. Sincerely, and have a good day.

Smart co+fire alarms
These are a reasonable replacement for expired Nest Protect alarms. They seem to do most of the same job, although it’s a shame they don’t automatically self test like the Nest one did.
False sense of security!
The hardware is very good however, there’s a massive flaw with the app. Only one family member can be logged in at any one time. I work shifts and we have adult children living with myself and my wife. We all work so there are plenty of times when the house is empty. My wife and children all use hair straighteners so I bought 6 x-sense smoke alarms and a CO2 alarm all linked to the app. My wife and I work in industries where we are not allowed to have our mobile phones with us. Imagine my horror when setting the app up on my daughters and wife’s phones and logging in to then get notifications on the phone last logged in that they’ve been logged out! What on earth is this? I had to find an alternative to Nest Protect as they discontinued their excellent smoke/CO2 alarms.
I’ve literally wasted nearly £150 on x-sense hardware !!!
