Doesn’t work
I’m trying to set up an account and the app won’t allow me to move on past step 3… who is around for help?
Customer support non-existent
App is not loading latest rounds after working correctly for a year. There is no link to customer support anywhere that I can see. Local franchise owner says “it should be working”. Separately the stats data leaves a lot to be desired. Can’t view history or rounds, manage data, load swing videos during practice sessions. In today’s technology driven world, the app is nothing more than basic. Which is a shame because the game itself is the best technology I’ve seen short of TGL.

App records some
Data but is very lacking, can see average drive, handicap, etc but x golf is collecting all the other data on spin, ball speed, irons etc but none of that is displayed in the app. If the app had better data visibility it would get more usage and more people would go to xgolf. Also ability to sync to other golfing apps like 18Birdies or blue tees would be a huge plus

Keeps improving
Used to be terrible, but it seems like they’re starting to make it better and better. I like being able to scan a QR code to start my round.
