I can not get the app to log in. Stuck on loading screen. New update not working. Please assist
Lost all my data from Nano Machine crossover an I need it back
I LOVE THIS GAME it always managed to keep me busy for hours I recently lost my phone an finally got enough to buy a new one an ofc I Downloaded Soul Strike an when I did I saw that there was a new GOH crossover so I was stoked to switch between Jin Mori and Yeo-un Cheon but now I just feel so disconnected I can’t believe this happened to me even after all I went through getting a new phone to play this game🥀🥀🥀

Game keeps closing
I used to play this and I loved it but when I redownload it, it keeps closing I don’t know if it’s just me or the game itself
Banned for No Reason — No Proof, No Fairness
I spent a lot of money and time on this game only to get banned for absolutely no reason. No evidence, no proof, no explanation — just vague copy-paste responses about “security” and “irregular activity.”
It feels like this company only listens to players who spend more money or have more influence. If a high spender reports you after losing to you, suddenly your account gets investigated and banned? That does not feel fair at all.
The game constantly pushes new updates, events, and packages that seem focused on getting more money from players, but when real customer support is needed, they hide behind generic messages about “security” and refuse to provide any transparency.
If you are going to ban paying players, at least provide actual proof and a fair appeal process instead of repeating the same scripted response. Extremely disappointing experience after investing so much time and money.

Can’t load the game at all
I’m on a constant crash loop and the game seems to just not want to load, it downloads the content but it can’t seem to get past that point without randomly crashing. My phone is relatively new and can handle much larger games but this game is no match apparently. I hope it’s just a game issue and not my phone.

They put out sales saying ally summons package 1 with description saying “a special package that instantly boosts you to level 6” but then turns out you got scammed and they don’t instantly boost your level and the tickets in the sale aren’t enough to get you to even 5. Customer service automated scam and they will just say you got item to use tickets. Reporting to ftc

Stuck at loading screen and will not load. Tried re downloading app, restarting iPhone, tried cellular and WiFi, still doesn’t work

As usual with every Com2us game you can be sure once you start playing and like the game there will be an update and the game will crash continuously and freeze but never fixed. One month later still crashes freezes and is generally unplayable. Game had potential but the developers don’t care unless you spend and why spend when it can’t stay running

一年半プレイして征服者20000段階ほどの課金プレイヤーですが、このゲームは古参かつ課金者ほど得をします。何しても結局超古参の方が得です。そのうえ上位プレイヤーになったとて廃課金プレイヤーと札束殴り合いサドンデスになるだけです。より厚い札束で殴ったほうが勝ちます。先に心が折れた方が負けです。
以下が評価の理由です。
・インフレが凄まじい速度で起きます。
新キャラ・スキル・ペット・遺物はおしなべて過去の上位互換です。覇権を取りそうな上位互換が1ヶ月間隔ぐらいで来ます。
圧倒的なインフレ速度により、当時は強いと言われたキャラやコラボキャラでさえ、数ヶ月後にはバチクソ弱くなっているなんてこともあります。環境に追いつこうと思ったらたぶん破産します。
特にコラボにはお金を使うのはやめておいたほうがよいと自分は思います。1万円以上のパックを平気で売ってくる上に1ヶ月程度のコラボが終わったらすぐ次のコラボが来るなんてザラなので毎回課金していると破産します。時間もお金も削られます。そのぶんコラボキャラはとりあえず覇権を取ります。実際、約2ヶ月間のQWERコラボでアホ強くなりましたが他プレイヤーもアホ強くなっているので意味ないです。
・全ての課金パックの値段がイカれています。
キャラクターを一気に覚醒できるパックがひとつ6000円~1万円以上という値段設定が基本になっています。1,600円の広告スキップパックが安く見えるくらいにはイカれた値段設定です。広告スキップパックの有無でゲームの快適さが変わってきます。
・課金パックの多くが高額であるにも関わらず、現状多くのパックを購入し育成を進めていれば多くのステージを進むことができる状態です。
覚醒による能力差が大きいのにも関わらず、キャラやスキルの覚醒におけるハードルが高く、10覚醒(覚醒最大)または超越における必要数は現実的ではありません。10,000円以上のパックの購入が一番手っ取り早いとかいうイカれた状況です。ランキングを気にしたら破産します。
・全サーバーのランキング上位を狙うのはやめたほうがいいですが、個々のサーバー内ランキングではマジで簡単に上位が取れます。現状多くが過疎サーバーなので、今から始めても最初だけは楽しく遊べるはずです。
・ダンジョンや素材、アイテム、過去コラボキャラ、スキルキャラその他諸々の覚醒等、積み重ねによる恩恵が非常に大きく、古参プレイヤーにはどう頑張っても勝てません。ゼロから古参プレイヤーと同じ土俵に立ちたいのであれば軽く50万円は必要になります。仮に追いついたとしても、基礎の差で引き剥がされるので本当にお金に余裕がないと厳しいです。
・ステータスに大きく影響するシェルター機能がイカれています。施設どれも最終的にはレベルが進むほど必要数が多くなりキツイです。レアな素材であるにも関わらず大量に求められるので無課金なら途方もない年月がかかると思います。そのくせステータス変化がアホほどデカいので、結構な期間ここで足止めされます。
素材に課金するにもパックの値段が高いので厳しいです。
・ギルドの恩恵がデカすぎるので、上位ギルドに入った者勝ちです。上位ギルド(強いプレイヤーが多いギルド)だけがもらえる素材で(現時点では)クソ強い装備が作れるので、上位ギルドに入っているか否かで格差が生まれています。
ギルドマスターが通貨を使ってアイテムを交換するとメンバー全員に配布されるシステムのショップがありますが、戦力の少ないギルドは交換に必要な通貨が貯まりづらいので、塵も積もればなんとやらで差が出てると思います。
ちなみに、上位ギルドに上位プレイヤーが集まっているせいでほぼそこだけで戦うことになります。日本サーバーは過疎なのでほぼ全員知り合いみたいな状態です。
・端末に十分な空き容量が無いとゲームが頻繁に落ちます。容量がない場合、全ての演出を切って最大限軽くしてもバカスカ落ちます。アバターを変える時、ダンジョンに入った時など、いちいち落ちます。コンテンツ(ダンジョン等)の途中でも容赦なく落ちまくるので、入場するためのアイテムだけ消費されてスコア消滅なんてザラです。

・キャラとイラストは好きです。
以上のことから、時間とお金と忍耐とストレージがある方にはおすすめだと自分は思います。

Account ohne Grund gesperrt – große Enttäuschung nach Update
Ich habe Soul Strike wirklich täglich gespielt und hatte bis vor Kurzem auch viel Spaß daran. Umso enttäuschender ist es, dass seit dem neuen Update gestern mein Account einfach gesperrt wurde – ohne für mich ersichtlichen Grund.
Ich habe nie gegen Regeln verstoßen, keine unerlaubten Programme genutzt und das Spiel ganz normal gespielt. Ich habe nicht einmal Geld investiert, also kann es auch keine Probleme mit Käufen oder Rückbuchungen gegeben haben. Trotzdem wurde mein Account plötzlich gesperrt.
Besonders frustrierend ist, dass der Kundenservice extrem langsam reagiert. Wenn man schon einen Account sperrt, sollte es zumindest eine schnelle und transparente Klärung geben. Stattdessen wartet man einfach nur auf eine Antwort.
Sehr schade, denn das Spiel an sich hat Potenzial – aber so verliert man treue Spieler. Ich hoffe auf eine schnelle Lösung und mehr Fairness im Umgang mit der Community.

Infinite growth games
I’ve played them all and not a single one comes close. This is the best infinite growth game you could ever hope to play.
Has some problems
I really like this game but it definitely has its problems. It lags, especially when there is a lot on the screen. Also your character will just stand in place when on auto and it’s really annoying.
The worst company
The recent update logged me out of my account and restarted everything. Over a year of progress and money spent wasted.
Fun despite minor nitpicks
Honestly, I'm not sure what's up with everyone having performance issues—maybe they just need to turn down the graphics and stuff. Apart from the occasional lag that ramps up (that is, quite literally fixed by closing and re-opening the game), and the copious amount of p2w (which makes it impossible to overcome whales, which lets be honest—is forever going to be an issue with games like these), it's a good game. There's a lot of depth in how you can build your character between relics, skills, allies and your own gear; and as long as you're willing to commit like an hour or so throughout the day you can easily get good enough. Love it. 9/10.

게임이랑 진행 방식은 너무너무 무난해서 합겹점 턱걸인데 qwer 덕분에 밑밑하고 재미없던 캐리터성에 활기가 돌아서 완성형이 됬다. 계속 계약하라 이 게임은 케릭터가 너무 약함

하는 게임이라 팬심에 내가 좋아하는 캐릭터 쓰는 맛으로 해야하는거라고 생각해서 어차피 큐떱 팬층이 오타쿠 많으니까 (그저 대중적인 케이팝 팬들은 아니라는 뜻) 앞으로 추가적으로 애니 ip 계약하면 좋을듯 계인적 욕심으로는 큐떱으로 운영될만큼 수입을 버셨다면 차라리 전속 계약해서 큐떱으로 스킨 더 내고 진짜 큐떱 키우기로 가도 좋을듯요 이거 큐떱 사라지면 게임 언제 망할지 몰라요..캐릭터 성만 어찌하면 계속 하기 좋은 게임이 될꺼같습니다
