No video from XX52A in app
It appears a recent “bug fix” update has caused the app to no longer obtain video from my XX52A camera (XX69A and XX70A work) even though app says it is connected. I know camera is working as I can use web browser locally to view. Also what’s with the new five boxes at the top that don’t seem to do anything? I’m using an iPhone 12 with current iOS.

Landscape View no longer works!
You can not use landscape view any more since this last update! Nor can you access the controls that only appear while using landscape mode
Full screen gone
Your latest update seems to have removed the full screen option. This is extremely annoying, and renders this app mostly useless. Please fix that ASAP.
App needs updating
I’ve had Airsight ip outdoor cameras for many years and overall have been satisfied however recently the app has been letting me down. As an example I used to be able able to set all of my cameras to detect motion, send an email alert and take pictures of what caused the alarm. Now, although the cameras are all the same model I can only set one to detect motion and send an alarm. The settings pages are grayed out. Very frustrating and X10 tech support, which has been helpful in the past, was no help this time.

Not reliable or enough features
This app is not very reliable or consistent. The main selling point is price so expectations should not be high. Overall the camera and app work as advertised but quality suffers. The picture is decent, as is the tilt and pan feature. Controls are fairly intuitive. Alarms can be set for motion detected by the camera and works fairly well. Cons: 1. cannot reconfigure controls or remove controls for features that don’t pertain to each model, i.e. Zoom control. 2. Play back of recordings from the SD card is clunky and not reliable. It takes some time to load—if it loads at all. You can only play or pause. There is no way to delete individual recordings—only to reformat the card. 3. Time and date on the camera can be synced from the app but it loses it daily. 4. Motion is detected when you tilt or pan the camera. If the camera is turned to look through a window, reflections of any sort will be seen as movement, included picking up the reflection of the lights on the camera at night. This is helped by turning the camera at an angle to the glass. 5. Finding a connection to support is impossible.
