Great App. Great Service.
Recently, I had a hiccup with the iEQ app. I contacted the developer who responded quickly. John researched my issue and attempted a few fixes. As it turns out, the issue was on my end and the solution was simple. I deleted and reloaded the app. It works fine now. Thanks for all of your help John.

I’ll admit I had some difficulty in set up, but it ended up being something simple. John was very willing to help figure it out. After we resolved the issue, works like a charm!

Since update screen is too small
Since the latest update the screen no longer gets filled by the app but is confined to the bottom left corner. Good app but now unusable as it’s too small to be able to adjust settings properly. Please fix
An absolute MUST have!
A truly fabulous app that makes tuning the mains and/or monitors easy. The fact that it connects to the mixer and automatically sets the eq is nothing short of amazing. I use this app before every show I do and am thrilled with the results. The only complaint I have is the almost complete lack of clear “how to” information that is easy to understand and follow. For anyone who isn’t tech savvy, some clear step by step instructions would be a huge help.

There is a 'Quick Start' guide for X Air iEQ, which is very similar in functionality to X32 iEQ (you can find this on the website - www.strongsoft.co.uk). I am in the process of writing User Guides for all our Apps - but it is very time-consuming. We'll get there in the end! Very pleased you like the App, and thanks for the nice review!
