Too many bugs
Too many bugs with the app, and similar to the web experience I still don’t know what I’m looking at.
Terrible login management
The app itself is OK, but the login management is horrendous. Constantly kicks you out of auto login and password reset is a nightmare.

More than half the time I try to log in, the app goes to a blank screen and crashes. Not useful.
It never works!
Every time I try to log into the mobile app, it always crashes. I’ve opened up numerous tickets, and after many days of waiting to weeks of resolution, it just keeps happening again and again. I’ve removed the app, changed my password, got IT involved and when they finally get it working, two weeks later it craps out again. The hardest part is there is no support at Xactly. You have to get your HR department involved then they have to figure out who to contact and by the time it’s figured out, you’re updating your resume for your next job. Their website is poor and not mobile enabled so I can’t access anything from my mobile device. Their app never works and when it does it’s crawling slow to load information. I really wish they would get it together. When it was working it was doable, but now I haven’t been able to log in from my mobile device in months!

Since the recent update, the app is rendered unusable because of constant crashing. I have made it past login but the crash happens during loading every time.
Why have an app if it doesn’t work
The app will allow you to login 1 out of 100 times. Absolute trash!

App rarely works. It will lock up, or ask for Microsoft authentication and then do the same.

I work at a retail store and this app allows me to see exactly how much commission I am going to make on a sale. As soon as I get off my shift I always check how much money I made that day. It’s a game changer!

Fantastic App. The ability the check your compensation in the palm of your hand while on the go is a game changer.
Needs improvement
Can only see current month? Either UI needs improving as it’s tough to navigate, or the functionality needs significant enhancement as this app is completely useless as it is right now.

The app is worthless, log in is a hit and miss, you can’t drill down to most of the categories

I gave this a 2 star rating at first, but that was a mistake. Lots of taps to get to what you want to see (and it probably isn’t available on the mobile app). You’re forced to login again each time you open the app.

This is the worst app I have seen since Apple started the iphone. It’s unusable in any shape or form and looks like windows 93. You cannot scroll left and right or up and down unless you can grab the edge of the embedded table. Accidentally swipe too fast and you’re stuck in the middle unable to move anywhere. I cannot believe my company is paying money for us to use this for our commissions. It’s so bad I wouldn’t advise my competitors to use it. I’d say it leaves something to be desired, but there would have to be something desirable in the first place. What’s even worse, their desktop “app” built into salesforce is just as bad. 4 years of development and this is the best you can do? Maybe time to get out of the app business.

Can’t really drill into anything past first page of report in current version without getting a vague “internal error” message.
This app needs a lot of help!
I gave it 1 star bc the app only needs to redisplay the info that’s hosted on the web server. But it doesn’t even let you login! I logged into the website from my PC, changed my password, and still couldn’t login.
Something else that is concerning is that two special characters in my password is considered too many! It’s 2020, update your backend and try again.
