Unnecessary details are asked that compromise your privacy
App is asking way more unnecessary details that too as a mandatory like religion, culture, court order, at home or not home. These raise serious concerns about App safety! One hack and the app is a recipe for a disaster waiting to happen where millions of children data can be leaked! If the day care has been already provided woth such information and centrelink then why the App is requesting these information and why???

Why are centres signing up for this?
Constantly being logged out of the app so not notified of events and can’t see what’s happening for my child in real time - which is precisely the purpose of this app. Oh and even their “contact support” section on their website doesn’t work!
No signal??
I am on full bar 5G or sometimes with strong wifi. It won’t log me on by saying “please check your connection”.

Useless App
I’ve had this app for less than 2 days and am already seeking help from the daycare centre I waitlisted my kid for. I created my kids profile, the next day it’s disappeared and I can’t see her pending enrolments, I can’t re-add her on because they’ve got some sort of back end information, so it won’t allow me to add her twice. The website version is just as bad if not worse, their videos on “how to” are basic, and also useless because tabs they reference don’t even exist for me to click on.

Notifications no longer work
Notifications no longer work after update, given a JSON error. :/

I came to the app thinking it would be easier to navigate than the terrible website but it was just as difficult to use.

User UNfriendly
The app requires me to sign in every time. Features on the app are limited. Web version is even worse. If you have multiple children you need to book days for each child individually. If this app costs centres money, it also costs them in time and resources rectifying the confusion of families when this app should make their jobs and our organisation easier.

Would give a lower rating if I could
Basic app that has minimal information about the service or contact/help information. Invoices and statements do not align. Doesn’t matter if you register an absence in advance, system will still charge you, despite written contract with centre, meaning constant follow ups requiring correction.
Average at best
Constantly have to delete the App and download it again for it to work. Open the app and it just freezes on the purple opening screen. Doesn’t save your log in details - have to re-type them or access your passwords app every time you log in.
Hang and doesn’t load
I feel like I keep having to delete and download the app cause it just starts to hang and doesn’t load.

The app keeps crashing and it be had to delete it off my phone and re download it 4 times now.. this is ridiculous!
