Constantly having to sign into app
They told me to click on remember my info . I didn’t see that option on the app and when I told them they didn’t reply back . They said don’t sign out and I never do . Wish customer service was a little better . Maybe I’ll try to call them . They have aonline customer service and that times out . So i called and after a hour i gave up . Go with Bushnell or tactacam . They both have excellent support !!!

No connection or help
Does not connect at all from camera even when WiFi is on. Tried multiple times different ways! Very frustrating, maybe because the app is so old? No idea but means I cannot use the app with my camera.
Worthless
Can not get app to connect to camera. Using on an Xcel stream cam. Camera is basically useless without the app should have bought a go pro.
Doesn’t work
I wish I had looked at this prior to buying the camera. Simply doesn’t connect to the phone. Spent 30 minutes on a chat with Hammond to be told that I could return & upgrade to another camera? Seriously? This company should be supporting their products that they sell.

Won’t find camera
I connect to the camera locally thru wifi I launch the app and it won’t find the camera so camera is pretty much useless
Don’t get it
Should have bought a go pro. The directions are worthless and seem easy, but none of the directions work. Wasted the entire battery just trying to get the camera to connect to WiFi and my phone. Not to mention trying to get it connected to the cloud. Not worth the buy. Buy a gopro
Very Disappointing
I got a Spypoint XCel Stream about 3-4 years ago. The device is tricky to use and connects very poorly and inconsistently to my (nice) home networks. The battery life of the device is poor, the menu is tricky to use, and the app is not easy to figure out. I wish I had not wasted money on this device or squandered my time fiddling with the app. I had it working earlier today—now BAM! No work again. How awful.
Surprisingly, the several accessories that come with the camera are unusually nice.
