عطل بالتطبيق له فوق السنه
التطبيق يسحب المبلغ ومايقدم بطاقات الايتونز اللي تم شراءها وتخلونا نعابل بينكم وبين البنك لي من تاريخ 26/6 وللحين 7/7 على نفس المشكله بسبه هالتطبيق اللي لي سنه وانا اقولكم بالخطا الموجود فيه ولا عدلتوه ، ياجماعه اشترو من الافرع لكن التطبيق لكم عليه ترا وان سحب منكم شي باسمهم لكن بالحقيقه مادخل شي لحسابهم تقعد تتمرمط مابينهم وما بين بنكك ، افضل واامن واريح موقع او تطبيق لبطاقات الايتونز بلينك وعندكم اكوادي ما يجيبون لكم هالصداع

من أسوء التطبيقات في الحياه
يعني إذا بدك تشتري من الابليكشن رح تطلع روحك، دايما بعمل logout لحاله و إذا بدك تدفع مستحيل تمشي الأمور بسلاسة لازم تعقيدات ومش شغال أصلا صراحة ابلكيشن الخدامة شغال احسن من Xcite بدكم تشوفو حل لانه عيب هاد الحكي من زمان هيك وكل مرة بصير أسوء، صرلي نص ساعة بحاول اشتري ومش قادر.

اهمال العملاء
اسوء ردود و تجاهل مسئولية و رمي المسئولية على بعض تعرضت لمشاكل نفسية بسبب انتظاري ل يوم كامل ثما يتأخر السائق ساعات إضافية الي الان لا احد يساعدني بحل مشكلتي و الجميع يرمون المسئولية على اخرين و يهملون طلبي

يحطون خيارات التوصيل و بعد ما اختار توصيل سريع انصدم ان التوصيل لبعض الاغراض و الاغراض الثانيه عليهم توصيل عادي بدون اي نوع تنبيه منهم !!!! و باجي الاغراض توصل بعد يومين تطبيييق سيء
Very awful experience
One of the largest retailers in Kuwait, beside they have a massive IT team but app experience is so poor, unbelievable. Been trying to add items to cart it just loading forever trying to add, it never adds but loading spinner remains on every screen until app is closed and restarted. Wishlist or adding to favourite doesn’t work at all.

review and rank stores publicly on social media 📱, and I need to raise a serious concern about Xcite Kuwait. Your website only lists 3 PCs 💻, while the physical store has a wide range—from budget-friendly to high-end options. Most customers check the website first before visiting or ordering 🛒. If they don’t see a PC that matches their budget or type, they’ll assume it’s unavailable and may never come to the store 🚫.
Even more concerning, bad reviews are completely ignored, while only high-star reviews ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ever get a response. The few responses to negative reviews are years old, and now there’s nothing recent addressing customer complaints ❓. This gives the impression that only positive feedback matters, which seriously damages trust.
I strongly urge you to update your website to show all products and to respond to all customer reviews, including negative ones 🙏. Ignoring these issues will continue to push customers away ⚠️.

Buggy app and awful service
The app is very buggy and not user friendly. Unable to reach Alghanim’s representatives to address the issue. There are many far better alternatives in Kuwait.

هناك مشكله في التطبيق لا استطيع فتحه على جهاز الايفون من الاردن
Brilliant.. except
Xcite buying experience is by far the best shopping app/website in Kuwait. I’m not talking about the prices, since this is not my issue. The only issue is the blue xcite support button that is located in the lower right side of the screen. This is where I usually touch the screen to slide down. Sure I can move that annoying button away but it will come back to that location again and again. I suggest the app developer relocate it away from all 4 corners .

When I scroll down it goes up again and again, can’t see the other products. Plus, some products doesn’t show up in search bar
