Single handedly the worst work order app I have ever had to use. Horrible flow, even worse reliability. Constantly having to delete and re-download so I can show my corporate overlords that I’m actually working for my minuscule pay instead of screwing off because I’m a nepotism hire.

Easy to use and am able to quickly find the tasks I need to get done. I can get through the checklists pretty fast.

I’ve been using Xenia as a hotel supervisor, and it’s honestly made a noticeable difference in how we run daily operations.
Before this, we were juggling paper checklists, texts, and random notes, and things would still fall through the cracks. With Xenia, everything is in one place-housekeeping checklists, maintenance requests, and daily tasks. It’s much easier to assign work and actually see if it’s getting done without constantly following up.
The maintenance side has been especially helpful. Instead of hearing about issues late or not at all, my team can log them right away, and we can track progress without confusion. It’s cut down a lot of back-and-forth.
I also like the accountability it creates. Everyone knows what they’re responsible for, and it’s visible, which keeps things running smoother across shifts.
I’ll be honest, I’m not the most tech-savvy person, I didn’t grow up with all these apps and systems. Usually that stuff slows me down more than it helps. But this one was actually pretty straightforward. There’s a small learning curve at first, but it’s quick, and once you use it a couple times it just clicks.
Overall, it’s been a solid tool for keeping operations organized and consistent, especially in a hotel environment where there are a lot of moving parts. 11/10 highly recommend.

powerful field app
we use this app for our 250+ locations for daily site observations and food safety compliance. We recently just started using their AI agents as well which are extremely powerful. highly recommend
30 Percent of the Time it works, every time.
I have the Xenia Team a two star rating because it’s 40% of the star amount, and as I type this out, forty percent suddenly seems too high. Since the update on April 11th this app has worked about 25% of the time. It takes 6 minutes to load my store, then is usually doesn’t react to any button I tap, and this is after the “templates” load for another 2 to 3 minutes. a nightly lighting check which used to take five minutes total of my work time, now is entering it’s 2nd hour as I have repeatedly had to close and reopen the app, which now takes 8 minutes to load, when it does.
If I only worked 25-40% of the time, I’d be fired. And that is exactly what I think we should do with this application and the team
behind it. Do better.

Garbage
This app is absolute trash. Half of your templates won’t work and you’ll need to perform an update every other day. Do not waste time or money with this app.

Time Saver
This app has saved me and my employees a ton of time. Being able to quickly view and manage tasks across my 3 locations in one place has been a huge time saver!
Quick & easy to deploy
Xenia replaced all our paper checklists and I actually know what my team has and has not done at any given moment. The mobile app is super easy to use - even my newest hires figured it out on day one.

This app is awful. It’s frustrating and it never ever works. It’s got to be deleted and reinstalled once a week if not more often. I have never had to deal with anything like this before. But it’s free so you get what you pay for.
