This is horrible
Factory reset is so useless that it might as well be for decoration. No button exists it reset the fonts and the tunes button is somehow works less than factory reset. Please fix those issues because me and my friends want to sue

Can’t connect
Works just fine.
I’ve had no issues really just make sure everything is updated in your phone.
Connection
Every now and again my lightsaber will disconnect and reconnect whenever it wants kinda irritating
Cannot connect
As everyone else has been saying, I cannot connect my saber to the app, it keeps telling me to “reset Bluetooth” every 5 seconds even though I did, plus my saber isn’t being recognized by my phone or the app. Please fix the app atleast
App doesn’t work
App doesn’t let me connect to any of my 3 lightsabers.
Poor app
This s app is constantly disconnecting from the saber, and then takes forever to reconnect!!
HOW TO ACTUALLY GET IT WORKING
To do this you must be on 15 or anything that uses USBC 1.take a charger that has USB-C on both sides 2.turn locations on 3.get away from a router as it can interfere either with the Bluetooth 4.turn locations on and Bluetooth on 5.after this it should connect (note that you need all 3 bars of internet)

It’s been a year. Still not connected
It’s a shame. It does not connect to multiple light sabers. The company we site is down. There’s no way to get help. Is this a real company?
Won’t connect
I got my Neo Saber yesterday and I have been trying to connect it to the app ever since. I haven’t had any luck at all.
Pretty easy to use BUT
The app connects to my saber faster than most of my other Bluetooth gadgets. And the respond from the app to the saber is quick and fluid. BUT, the settings need more explanation some kind of guide or key that tells you what things are.
App keeps disconnecting and reconnecting
App disconnects then reconnects often but aside from that it’s dope! Try refreshing your app and keep trying guys!!
No connection
Tried for a long time to connect my saber for nothing to connect. Reading these reviews I see I’m not the only one having issues. Please fix the app.

Will connect at the start but then lose connection and not be able to connect again unless you completely power of the saber

The app works great. It’s just it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting and I need help with that. I’m on the newest iOS update so I don’t know if that has something to do with it.

WORST APP EVER
I literally could not connect my lightsaber! Also this app is as worthless as my African poodle striped socks and my old man once said “never use a Xeno configurator”… He was right😔
Make sure you open the hilt or take it out completely and put it next to your phone so it connects
The hilt blocks the Bluetooth signal you have to take it out or leave the bottom cap off for it to connect other than that it does what it’s supposed to do
Works 10% of the time
It barely works, and when it doesn’t, it sucks. When it does, big emphasis on “when,” it’s a good app for customising. If it was more reliable, it’d be 5 stars. But sadly, it sucks for that 90%.
