I think the system works fantastic however I have had a few glitches which has taken quite a bit to fix but since the last fix Iโve not had a problem

The app works great for creating and submitting timesheets on the go. The only drawback is the tracking category selection. Because we go through so many jobs, you have to scroll for ages to find the job you were at. If you guys could add a search bar to the tracking category, that makes it an easy 5 star.

No where for employees to put public holiday hours in so causes trouble putting in your weekly timesheet.
While requesting annual leave and you want to take multiple days off. You cant say how many hours a day youd like to use. Instead it chooses i want 2 hours total no matter how many days i want off. Doesnt give you the tab options to specify how many hours a day youd like to use. Compared to if i request one single day off. It gives me the tab options for how many hours id like to spend.

STILL NOT WORKING!
Update on 13 August 26 and it STILL isnโt working (latest iOS). I canโt login even though my password is correct and if you hit forgotten password link to reset, it still never sends an email to reset. I can see Iโm not alone from other reviews. XERO, get a new developer with a process for checking basic operations before release. Will speak to employer about migrating to another program.

good accessibility for voice over user iphone 15 pro max. Need to sort out an issue setting up a new time sheet. voice over does not like the floating app. vo get's really confused. Apart from that great ap. Wish they can look into this little problem.

I had a lot of problems trying to get Xero App running on the latest iPad. Iโve only been using multiple OSs for 42 yearsโฆ Help files were useless and help line not much better. Been using it for six months and getting by is more good luck than good programming.

Was good then they changed it
Use to be able to have the options of different pay rates, overtime/double time. Then they updated their system and now only ordinary time is available. Very frustrating when finalising my own and staff pays. Have asked when they would fix it, 3months ago, and nothing has happened. Very disappointing

Please Upgrade Timesheet
โOrdinary Hoursโ is the only option for submitting timesheets. There have been several updates since the problem and it hasnโt been fixed. Please improve asap to make life easier for employees and employers alike
