Not a Replacement for Lexmark
They say that this app works with Lexmark printers but after moving it couldn’t be used to connect my printer to my new wifi network. It also, even though I manually added my printer and have had no trouble getting my computer to find my printer, cannot find my Lexmark printers very disappointing. Lexmark was a quality brand.

Xerox Easy Assist should be able to connect to your Lexmark branded printer as long as they are on the same network. Please reach out to the Xerox Easy Assist support team using the in-app Contact Us feature. Include the printer model that you are unable to connect to, and they'll look into it further for you.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded, my printer was not listed on the list of printers provided. It searched for it anyway, unable to find it. Nothing easy about this at all.
Won’t connect
Brand new C320, app just won’t connect to printer. Manually set up printer, now running over WiFi and app still won’t connect to printer….. Woudnt recommend…..
Completely seized
Printed a test page, then the app seized and now I can’t leave the test print page, totally useless
Decent with some issues
Works decently but the main issue is that you need to be on the same WiFi to see the status. The Lexmark app you could access it over the internet

Says it can’t connect to the printer yet I’ve just printed several pages!

Doesn’t work
Once enabled to search network for the printer, the app crashes, so it doesn’t actually do anything other than take up space on your phone until you delete it. Great work Xerox
Katastrophe
Die App hat alle meine lokalen Kontakte unwiederbringlich gelöscht. Absolute Katastrophe. Und ich frage mich warum die App überhaupt an meinen Kontakten rumgefummelt hat.

Wenn man schnell ist.
Der Drucker ist genau 2 Sekunden zu sehen und dann Dauert der Druck 2 Minuten. Das kann jeder anderer Drucker besser. C325 Dokumente werden erst gar nicht angezeigt. Falsches Format

This is also a useless app. 3025 can be connected to the app, but no scanning option available. Quite amateur, useless 😂
Disgrace
Tried to set up printer. 30 mins later nothing just failed and locked out. Don’t buy a xerox you will start swearing they are stuck in the 80s. Even get a CD
Appalling
Hangs for ever. When you type in passwords it’s impossible to see what you’re typing (like anyone is going to be looking over your shoulder to steal WiFi passwords when you’re setting up a printer!) making it hard to input correctly. And simply doesn’t work. My 10 year old Canon printer worked better and was easier to set up for wireless.

This is an amazing app for professional notary’s and signing agents. It excellent for printing documents quickly.

worst printer ever
Its been a month my iphone 14gets connected to printer but doesn’t print any paper …dont know whatbto do its under warranty its been 2 weeka just to bought it.every time terrible experience
Easy to use for setup
Scanned the QR code from the manual, downloaded the app and set up the printer in minutes using the app, there’s an old review saying you can’t use it to scan but I have just used it no problem. I don’t think I’ll use it for re ordering supplies but that because I like to compare and we’re UK. All in all, easy and clear very useful app
