I have owned my Xterra TRX 4500 for about two years now. I have tried multiple times over those two years to connect my exterior treadmill to my Apple health app. I cannot even get my treadmill to show up on my apple Bluetooth devices in settings. On the xterra App it says I am connectedâŠNOPE!
I even tried to send an email to the support team and got a bounce back email stating that this email is no longer being used. How do you get help to trouble shoot treadmill problems, if the email doesnât work! Ridiculous!!!
Sad because I think this is a pretty great treadmill.

Does not show correct rower water level
The app connects to my rower and shows stats for distance, power, strokes, etc., but the water level is 1 even when the rower computer/console has been set higher before connecting. I donât think any of the stats can be correct if the water level is wrong.

Useless
Turns the bikeâs display off. The resistance buttons on the bike can be pressed and the change shows in the app, but there is no physical change to the bikeâs resistance. Need a account to use the app, and if you need to reset the password the links donât work. All I really wanted was to see distance and speed in imperial measurements. The bikeâs display has no way of changing it. The app has limited usability.

Bluetooth Connect doesnât work
The application Bluetooth connect option doesnât see any Bluetooth devices around. Even the old Xterra app sees all Bluetooth devices around me. Very disappointed.
Doesnât work
This app doesnât work like the old one, doesnât allow you to control the treadmill, utterly useless to download only to track things if the display on the treadmill disappears. The app before this one worked decent, wasnât perfect but better than this one, please fix this it is quite annoying
