Don’t put a space in the code
Why does the authenticator put a space between the third digit and fourth digit? When I copy and paste the code, the Xfinity app chokes at the space and rejects it as invalid. I have to edit the digits to remove it every time. So copy and paste convenience is gone. Bad design!!!
Bad Security Model
Most people who want 2FA/MFA want to use their own authenticator apps. Locking them into your custom solution is a waste of developer resources.
Has not been updated
This app has not been updated in over a year and it is a security feature. Now the app just crashes, but there’s not an option to use any other authenticators.
Crashes with 2 or more accounts
If you have 2 or more accounts in the app it will crash every time you open the app.
Typical Xfinity
It’s actually a little better than most of what Xfinity provides. The option to use Touch ID our Face ID has stopped working. Only Xfinity would require using an app this crappy instead of using another authenticator. Much like all of Xfinity, use it only when absolutely necessary
Keeps crashing
App keeps crashing when you add more than one account. Should just make an option to use other TOTP apps with Xfinity accounts

First off, read their policies. Second, I had Xfinity chat support say they do not have an authenticator app. So, who knows who built this thing, but if you want your whole ish hacked then by all means… download. -one star- to prove how disgusted I am.
Push Notifications Don’t Work
This app used to be great. Any login attempt to my xfinity account immediately popped up a push notification on my phone. Some time in the last year push notifications stopped working. They are enabled in settings. I’ve tried turning them off and back on. I’ve tried unregistering my device and re-adding it. Notifications still never pop up when I’m trying to log into my account. I have to manually open the app and wait for the sign-in approval to pop up. Sometimes even that doesn’t happen, and I have to kill the app and re-open it for the approval to pop.

Useless!
The app is useless since I can’t even get to the register page on an xfinity network!
Seriously...
Just let us use a yubikey or other totp app like everyone else. Why another app for one function that I already have elsewhere.
Better then nothing…
Better then the current SMS based Auth I have setup for 2FA, don’t like that I have to download another Authenticator app to my phone when I already have 3 installed… and it doesn’t appear to do anything special.

Broken on iPad
Latest version does not display and operate correctly on iPad. It is still marginally useful on iPhone. But the whole premise is flawed. Comcast should support use of standard OTP Authenticator apps rather than reinventing their own square wheel.
Useless
All someone needs is a bill and they have all access to your account bypassing all your passwords, email and 2 step codes. All you do is call the live agent with account number and you're all set.
Update contains bugs that constantly send notifications that loop
Since the last update, I keep getting a notification that I need to open app for an "important security update." At first, I think ok, sounds important so I open the app from the notif. I have latest iOS and use FaceID + Xfi 2 factor authentication. Go through login process, everything is fine, starts some kind of "app update" but then times out shortly (within 15 seconds) saying that an error occured. The only reason to I'm writing this review is in the hope Xfi support sees this and fixes the prob. I'm tired of getting annoying updates about an important security update only to get this error.
Now I can't even open the app. Just get same error message in aforementioned flow.
PLEASE FIX.

Won’t load
Won’t load up. Tried uninstalling and then reinstalling. Terrible, has been this way for days.
Login loop and doesn’t send text verification
Pretty much sums it up in the title. iPhone 11 latest version of ios. Attempted uninstalling and reinstalling but no dice. Also seems like this has been an issue for a while now I’ve found a forum post from 4 months ago going over this same issue, but unable to find any information for a resolution.

Seemed to be the fact I had the Authenticator setup on two devices. Once removing it fully off my old one I was able to get everything else setup fine without issue.

Touch Id is Good for Sign-in Request

It’s a disaster — fails, crashes, total disappointment
At one point, this Authenticator was a good idea, reasonably well-executed. But with every update it becomes less and less reliable. Half the time the Approve process fails completely. And at this point, every time I try to log in, it crashes. On both my iPhone AND my iPad.
Comcast should be embarrassed that this thing has the Xfinity brand name.

No longer works
The app worked great until this last update. Now I am unable to sign in, gives me an error code.
