Distance Ladders — Create WODs with varying distances per round (e.g., 200-400-800-400-200m Run). Toggle "Distance Ladder" on any distance exercise and enter your scheme. Exercise Notes Everywhere — Notes added to exercises now display in WOD Details, Result Summary, and the Share Card. Block & Exercise Reorder — Easily rearrange blocks and exercises within a block using up/down controls. No more accidentally grabbing the wrong thing. Better Share Cards — Share card images now render full-bleed with no white bars on Instagram or other platforms. Total Work for Distance Ladders — The Total Work breakdown now correctly sums distance ladder values (e.g., 2,000m total).
